With spouses on an account, it only sends to one and even though I am a fund advisor for my clients, I don't mind getting a notification, but I feel like they should also get notified that I've entered the request on their behalf.
For Fund Advisors who make bank transfer gifts and enter in their details manually, the sync between Stripe and CSuite can not only take a while, but time out. When this happens, the gifts that get processed do not enter into their account balance. Even if the gift is approved. Please prioritize fixing this issue.
