I have a number of grantee agencies where the CEO or Executive Director insists on being the primary contact for everything including being the one to complete and submit reports, but it's someone or even multiple others that actually put the reports together externally first. And when the CEO/ED gets busy and misses the email reminder in their inbox, the people who actually prepare the report (often the CEO/ED just copies and pastes what the others have put together from an external Word doc) reports get submitted late after I've had to reach out and ask why they haven't been submitted. Being able to assign multiple people at the org, and/or assign all of the collaborators on a grant to receive those reminder emails would be hugely helpful.
