    Hello,

We are attempting to run a private event and record RSVPs using the campaign/ticket system. Currently, the campaigns system doesn't seem to facilitate free tickets with guests well.

For us, free tickets do not prompt individuals to enter registration information for multiple seats (for attending party or guests) until after finalizing the transaction and subsequently clicking through a "Donate again" style button. This is confusing, as a registrant is much more likely to click out/exit the page rather than click through that button. Even if they click through it, they have to notice an additional tab on the donate page, rather than being taken to a registration information page after clicking that first button.

From what we have seen, if we handled the registration through a third party platform instead, we could still not bulk upload a csv (even one generated from the email mailing list) to record RSVPs. We would have to manually track RSVPs in the system by clicking through the RSVP toggle (which can get a bit unwieldy at 400+ invitees).

It seems the only method we can use is to attempt to compile lists and manually record them by hand into the system.

I think the best fix, if possible, would be to redirect individuals immediately to the registrant information page after they check out their cart - or, at least, to put a button on the confirmation page so they immediately know to do so. Even better, though perhaps harder, would be to allow people to enter information during the checkout or ticket selection process.

If not any of these fixes, then at least a bulk upload ability to handle RSVP and attended so we could use CSVs generated from 3rd party supplied data would be nice.

    Thanks!
