In order to use SmartSimple for contracts, they need the ability to red-line terms and track the changes of the redlines by all of the parties involved in the red-lining process. This would include the ability to accept/reject changes, add comments, and once a final version is agreed upon, lock in the final version to be included in the signed copy. How SmartSimple shows field-level changes would be very cumbersome for someone to easily see what changes were made and there isn't the ability to accept/decline the change.

Want the ability to open and view documents uploaded into a form without having to download the file/document.
This organization corresponds with their applicants utilizing Gmail. Getting those conversations into SmartSimple in an efficient way is really important for them so they don't lose these conversations in their inbox and so that others within their organization can easily see all correspondence within SmartSimple is incredibly important without having to copy and paste.
