  1. Please consider providing a way to group non-till transactions when depositing to bank. It is sometimes financially prudent for our foundation to use a 3rd party payment processor other than Stripe for an event, and so we may have hundreds of donations processed and then transferred in groups to our bank account. Without a way to group accordingly in C-Suite, we must reconcile the bank statement with thousands of individual deposit entries.

  2. When I run custom reports I sometimes would like to apply a filter that covers multiple items. For example, a Zip Code filter that shows multiple zip codes or a fund filter that includes several funds. Unfortunately, the Custom Reporting does not include the same multi-select feature as Filter reports.

    I don't know the backend setup that makes these different, but it is odd that I cannot do the same function in both report types. Unfortunately, filter reports have the multi-filter function but limit the fields I can filter on/include.

  4. We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.

    Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?

    We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

  5. Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.

    We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

  6. The profile information link in the fund advisor portal is now located in the top left of the screen. We'd like to make it a tab, like the other sections, or have it on the top right of the screen. Location at the top right seems to align better with here people look for "My Account" or other similar profile information on other websites.

  7. The ability to increase the scholarship award amount after part of the award has been paid would be useful for our organization. Instead of creating a new scholarship for the same student, adding a payment, grant, or award line would tie the awards for the student together in one area. Propose the function to 'Open' the Scholarship to add spendable and create additional grants under the scholarship award and ability to modify remaining scholarship dollar amounts.

  8. Two recommendations: 1) when entering in a money amount greater than 3 digits, it would be great if a comma automatically appears. When I enter gifts with many zeros, it is difficult for me to know if it is correct without the thousands separator. 2) when entering dates and phone numbers, it would be great if the format was automated...automatically putting in "/" for date separators and advancing automatically...and "( )" for telephone numbers so that all phone numbers are formatted the same automatically.

  9. Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.

  12. When training new staff, we like to give them full permissions in the sandbox site so they can access everything and more easily see how their role fits in with other parts of our processes. However, every time we sync the sandbox site, these permissions are overwritten by our staff's more limited permissions in the live site. It would be great if there was a setting that would allow us to keep full permissions in the sandbox site even after syncing it. Thanks for considering!

  15. Auto populate the 990 newly created tax class field using Charity Check but allow for manual overrides..

    See the implimented tax class implientation below:

    This functionality was released on December 1st, 2021. Added a 990 report for Grants to Individuals. Grantee's that are individuals will be included in this report. Enhanced the 990 export to include the IRC Section Code and Grant Purpose. The IRC Section Code will be populated from the new Tax Class field that is user defined in Profile Types.

  16. To ease styling for new features like the recent change that allows Fund Advisors to change their profile contact information and to enable two-factor authentication, it would be helpful to have an identifying class of some sort within the code, or at the very least, a class added to the body or ftcontentcontainer div that tells us what page we're on (so that we can style things within that div differently than on other pages).

  20. Guest information fields should be available to the the event ticket receipt template. This is especially important when offering multi-unit tickets so that ticket holders can have record of which guests were included in the ticket.
