  1. Love the new card view for the Grant Catalog. Would love to have this same view for the Fund Manager portal as well so when a fund advisor logs into their fund portal and clicks the Grant Catalog link, the catalog would be in card style like the donation portal of Fund Listing, Grant Catalog, Events, and Nonprofits since we don't use Stripe.

  2. Feedback from donor, the Create Request link when searching for a Grantee doesn't look like a link. Highlight or different colored text to draw attention to the Create Request so fund advisors know it's a link! Thank you.

  3. We are grateful to have more content areas where we can help our fund advisors navigate the portal. We noticed that the Fundadvisorgrantrequesttabheader only displays on the initial grant request page (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest). It does not show again on the next page where the grant request details are entered (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest_enter). Can that header be enabled on on that page as well?

  4. Campaigns with multiple ticket types/amounts are causing confusion to donors who cannot tie tickets to individuals. They can see a description if there is a charitable component (in the donation tab), but if it is a straight invoice (no charitable component), they are clueless on the ticket type. Our donors (for a golf tournament) would like to have immediate access through the portal instead of having to wait on ticket reports from staff. It would be helpful if the ticket type/name could be added to the description column in the invoice tab in the donor portal!

  8. The profile information link in the fund advisor portal is now located in the top left of the screen. We'd like to make it a tab, like the other sections, or have it on the top right of the screen. Location at the top right seems to align better with here people look for "My Account" or other similar profile information on other websites.

  10. When Fund Advisors are entering in a grantee manually rather than utilizing the search, "Submit" can be confusing. I have had multiple FA's reach out concerned that they weren't going to be able to input the Amount or Description before hitting Submit. Please use a different word here that lets Fund Advisors know there is more to be done.

  11. We would like the option to make modifications to the Donor Portal so during our Giving to Lincoln month, donors who are making grants to participating nonprofits from their donor advised fund can log in and select from the Grantees they've given to in the past, they can then select a check box that this is for Give to Lincoln Day. We could then add the NPOs that are participating in CSuite and this NPOs would pull over to the portal as participating NPOs for our giving day.

  12. It would be helpful to include the Fund Summary on the Home page of a Fund in the Fund Advisor Portal. This is especially important for advisors who may only log in quarterly or annually to make grant requests. While you're at it, show the fund's Image with the summary.

  13. Some of our Funds are Fiscal Sponorships and we'd like to use the Fund Advisor Portal for them to submit vendor payment or reimbursement requests. At the moment, their only option is a grant distribution request and there is no way to copy or reclassify the grant w/o manually re-entering the info.
