7/3/2024: Added the ability to create a Voucher Request from the Fund Advisor designation on the Portal. This new functionality will allow users to receive voucher request in addition to the grant request for a fund. This workflow will also use the Grant Approver workflow, so if there is a grant approver, then the same person would be the voucher approver. The grant request by functionality will work the same for voucher request. From the Fund Advisor Record, users will need to enable the tab to display on the Portal. Once this is enabled, on the Portal the Fund advisor will see the Voucher Request tab. Within Voucher Request, the Fund Advisor can select from Previous Vendors, Search Vendors, or Manual Vendor. Once the vendor is selected, the fund advisor will need to complete the Ref Number, description, amount, attach any documents, review, and submit the request. The Fund Advisor will be able to see any recent vouchers, vouchers needing approval, or cancel vouchers.
In CSuite, once the voucher has been submitted in Vouchers, there is a Request bucket. Users will process the vouchers, by selecting create Vouchers, applying any allocation tables, and selecting an account. In Accounts<Defaults, there is a new Default Voucher Request Expense field that will need to be completed.
