Enable Address Validation- Remove All CAPS on addresses when using this new feature
When using the new Enable Address Validation feature, the recommended address should not appear in all CAPS. Request this be revised to standard upper and lower case.
26 votes- 5/12/2025:Profiles: Updated the USPS validation to preserve original address casing instead of forcing all-uppercase formatting. This will validate casing and formatting, but it will not correct a wrong address.
- -Things to Note: If a suggested address field matches the original, the original casing will be retained, assuming the user provided it intentionally. If the suggested value differs, the field will be capitalized appropriately to standardize formatting.

Limit Profiles that can Login to the New Portal
We are enabling the new portal for Fund Advisor only for now. However, the portal does not LIMIT access to the portal to just Fund Advisor.
The portal currently allows anyone with an email address associated with a profile in our system to use the primary email and a pin to get into the portal and manage their contact information.
Is there a way to detect if the email entered is in our system and does NOT have a designation associated with an area we have enabled on the portal and then display a message that can be customized by…
29 votes3/12/2025:Login: We have implemented an update to the portal login process to enhance security and provide more controlled access based on profile designations. This change significantly improves security by limiting who can log in with an email and controlling which profiles are visible to the user. The enhanced login flow helps ensure that users only access profiles relevant to their designated roles. The email login method is now limited to profiles that have a designation enabled for portal access. If the email entered is not associated with any profile, no pin will be sent to the user. If the primary email on the profile does not have a designation enabled for the portal, they profile will be taken to the profile page. If the email is valid, but does not match the expected criteria, the user will be directed to the “Enter your PIN” page. The messaging will clarify that "If…

Fix Mobile View for Portal
I just logged into my personal Donation/Fund Portal using my Google Pixel 8 and it does not look good. Many of the fields are overlapping and cannot be read properly. Please update/modify for responsive use, it's not built taking this into consideration.
39 votes3/7/2025:Portal: Updated the default Portal template by adding mobile responsiveness through CSS. This update ensures a better and more optimized viewing experience for users accessing the Portal on mobile devices, improving the overall online presentation and usability.

Household Donations on Donor Portal
Is it possible to show the donations of linked households on the donor portal? Our Foundation processes donations from the household, however users login under their individual profile. It would be great if donors could see donations from their household as well as their individual profile.
58 votes2/815/2025: Portal - Portal Options - Portal Settings - Donor: Added new settings for the Donor page in the portal to display household and/or advised donations. With the Show Household Donations, a donor can view their individual donations and the household's donations. They will not be able to see any other household member's individual's donations. With the Show Show Advised Donations, a donor can view their individual advised donations.
Portal-Donors: Added Household and Advised columns to the donation listing. This will allow donors to see if a donation is an advised donation or a household donation, if the setting is enabled in Portal Settings-Donor: Show Household and Show Advised Donations. These columns were also added to the export.

Ticket Purchasing: Multiple Ticket Types option on one screen
I would like to see the option to purchase multiple types of tickets on one screen. Currently, users must add one type to cart and then have to go "back" two screens (or more) to add a different ticket type. It would be better to have a drop down option or the ability to add multiple types of tickets on one screen. This is inconvenient for both desktop users and mobile device users.
63 votes- 6/4/2025: Unified Ticket Workflow:
- Instead of individual ticket fields, everything is now located on one registration page. On the events tickets constituent will have the ability to select a quantity for each ticket type, and add an additional donation, if enabled. There will be a new order summary box on the right hand side, so that the registrant can easily track their purchases or cancel a line. The checkout workflow will remain the same. Individual tickets have been impacted with this change some of the individual ticket fields have been moved to the Campaign's Details Tab.
- New Ticket Fields on the Details Tab:
- Ticket Additional Donation: This field now applies to the overall campaign and is positioned below the list of tickets.
- Ticket Additional Donation Label: A customizable label that users can customize, if additional donations will be accepted for the campaign.

Enable new donor portal = disable legacy portal
We would love to have the option to disable the legacy portal when we enable the New Donor Portal. There are many issues with both of them being live at the same time, including how the content for the Portal maps to both portals. We put detailed instructions for fundholders in the content area and now the Legacy portal is incredibly unprofessional because the instructions are wrong. While we hope none of our fundholders navigate to the Legacy portal, we suspect many of them have the URL bookmarked on their computer. It's not a good look for us and we…
34 votes- 10/25/2024: Portal Options-Portal Settings: Added a Redirect Legacy Fundadvisor Portal Login option on the Settings table. This will allow organizations the flexibility to work setup of the Portal and redirect the fund advisors to the new login when they are ready to start using the new Portal pages.

scholarship header
Add Scholarships as an option on the header that has home/grants/funds/tasks etc. Thank you
5 votesThose top quick menus can be any of the objects listed on the home page. Reach out to support and they can add scholarship to the top for you. It will be for the entire foundation, not a per user setting.

Ability to edit "donor information" label on checkout page
Allow the label 'Donor Information' to be customized dependent on the checkout page. It would be great to be able to revise to 'Registrant Information' on the event tickets checkout.
23 votes- 1/15/2025: Giving Hub: Updated the checkout workflow to replace Donor Information label with Your Information and removed the description label above the cart listed items. Added asterisks to required fields for donors in checkout workflow. Updated the telephone field with the ability to accept international phone numbers.

Remove Portal access for all
EVERY profile with an email address in CSuite is able to access (via a PIN) or to be seen in the new Portal by someone else with the same email address, regardless of whether they have a Designation that you are allowing access. This is causing a variety of issues and we very strongly think the Portal needs to be re-programmed to remove this access for any email address.
Here are some specific examples of issues arising from this new design:
One of our users has a Household profile from a personal donation which uses her work email address. That…

Closed Funds - Displaying Activity on the Portal
We really would appreciate the ability to show closed fund activity on the portal. It’s often extremely important for our donors to see historical information, even when a fund is no longer being used. If closed funds can’t be shown there, could CSuite provide an ability to merge Funds, similar to the ability to merge Profiles?
Let me provide a little background: Our foundation’s process is to close a fund when the type of the fund changes (i.e. passthrough to endowed). Being able to show the history of the gifts/grants in the fund advisor portal would allow our fund holders…
30 votes2/6/2025:Portal - Fund Advisor: Added an new setting to display closed funds on the portal. This new setting can be enabled in Portal Options>Portal Settings>Fund Advisor>Edit Fund Advisor. When enabled, a logged in fund advisor will see funds that are closed. On the main fund page, closed funds will display with a "closed" label in red. When the closed fund is selected, there is a display at the top of the fund summary page "This fund is closed".

Ability to move the search bar on the "Donate to a Fund" page in new Giving Hub
We'd love the ability to move the search for a fund bar to the bottom of the page. This isn't where we want donors to focus and having it at the top isn't ideal!
Thanks.9 votesThis can be done through css/html and using the head content.

Show $0.00 Spendable Balance
Currently, when a Fund's spendable balance is $0.00 it does not show on the portal. It would be helpful for Fund Advisors to know their spendable balance has been exhausted.

Layout/Necessary Fields for Additional Donation Campaigns
When building a Campaign, when you choose to have an additional donations as an option, it changes the checkout process and requires the registrant's address even if they do not choose to to donate. This has caused confusion for some registrants with the extra steps as many of our events are free but have additional donation as an option.
It would be much more ideal for the additional donation and the registrant info field to be on the same page, then have them enter more complete info if they need to enter payment info.7 votes- Unified Ticket Workflow:

Portal Affiliate users unable to search when recommending grants
Affiliate portal users, who can recommend a grant from one of multiple funds under the Affiliate, are unable to search for grantees in the new portal like they could in the legacy portal. They can manually enter a grantee or select from a previous grantee and then select the funding source.
If the user has the grant request permission on behalf of the affiliate, they should be able to search for a grantee and then select the funding source. Searching now generates an error to contact Foundant support (we'd also prefer users aren't directed to contact support).
8 votes- 4/10/2025:Portal - Fund Advisor: Resolved an issue when logged in as a Supporting Org/Affiliate, the fund advisor could not search Foundation Grants from Create Grant Request.

Campaign Enhancements
- Need ability to apply campaigns to internal transfers. Occasionally an internal DAF contributes and we have no way to record that.
- Is there a way to automatically apply a campaign to any donations that hit a certain fund during a set time period? We are getting credit card donations and having to manually apply them to the campaign.
20 votesWe’ve introduced a new Fundraising campaign type in CSuite. This option allows users to create campaigns that do not require tickets, but still accept donations.
This is ideal for organizations looking to fundraise without hosting a ticketed event. It enables easy tracking of income and expenses associated with the campaign, making it perfect for general fundraising efforts, donation drives, or cause-based initiatives.
Key Details:
- New Campaign Type: Users can now select Fundraising as a campaign type when creating a new campaign.
- Donation-Only Focus: Fundraising campaigns are structured to accept donations exclusively, without the need for other campaign activities.
- Layout and Design:
- The campaign layout will mirror the fund listing layout for a familiar and streamlined donor experience.
- Donation amounts will display based on Giving Levels configured in Portal Options, Giving Hub settings. If no levels are set, Donation with input box will appear.
- Tax Receipts:
- Donors will receive tax receipts…

Indicate Required fields on Grant Request form
In the Fund Advisor portal, on the Grant Request form, there is no indication (such as with an asterisk) which fields are required, so a user must click the submit button before they are advised which fields are required. It would be nice if required fields could indicate they were required when the form is first loaded.
24 votes1/29/2025: Portal - Grant Request: Add visual indication of required fields.

Filtering in portal reports
We would love to be able to filter the reports available in the new portal (without having to export it into Excel and then filter). This was a functionality available in the legacy portal that does not look to have transferred over
22 votes3/4/2025:Portals: Added the ability to filter the data tables on the portal by a data range. Using the Search bar will still allow for additional filtering. This button replaced the reset button. Users can still adjust the columns on the pages.

donation comments
Consider adding Donation Comments/Donation Notes to be visible under the Grantee and Fund Advisor tabs (similar to how they are now available on the donor tab).
The Donation Comments/Donation notes were recently added to the donation portal, but we find the larger use case is for the Grantee and the Fund Advisor to see the Donation comments in their portal tabs. Without this, they are missing important context and have to be interacted with manually by our staff to continuosly provide this information.
24 votes1/29/2025: Portal - Grantee: Updated Grant Donations section to display donor email address under mailing address and added donation comments when a user drills into the Grant ID for a pass thru donation. Recognition Name, Donation Comments, and Tribute name will now display together in the Details column.

Allow a Beneficiary to assign a grant advisor to all future grants
When we process annual distributions, it is a compilation of recurring grants and beneficiaries. While recurring grants can have a grant advisor assigned to it in perpetuity, a beneficiary cannot.
We want a beneficiary to be able to have a grant advisor drop down just as recurring grants do. This will allow us to honor our fundholder's intentions to share their information with grantees and not cause us to have to individually mark and update each beneficiary grant each year, which creates so many opportunities for mistakes.
We were initially recommended to use a grant alert on the fund that…
10 votes3/31/2025:Idea Lab Live:
Funds: Added the Grant Advisor field to Grant Beneficiary table on fund. This will allow users to select from a list of fund advisors for the fund to complete the grant advisor field on spendable grants upon creation. This field will be a limited list of fund advisors on the fund.
Grants: Updated spendable grants to allow for the grant advisors to be populated from the fund record in the Fund Beneficiary table. When creating spendable grants, the field will populate on the table for users to review before processing the grants. Users will be able to remove and then edit the grant advisor from the grant new bucket.
Fund Advisors: Updated internal grants to send donation notifications to the fund advisor, if the Donation Notify checkbox is enabled for the fund advisor. Prior to this release internal donation did not send notifications to the fund advisors.…
