Allow File Categories Not to be Collapsed
I don't like the new Categories sections for attached files. It's not convenient to have to click on the Category first before you can see the file now. Please make an option so the Category is NOT collapsed.
56 votesFile categories are no longer collapsed. If categorized, they are simply listed in alpha order by file name with in the category.

Bring back the Red around Alerts
Overall the new look is nice, however taking the red off the alerts at the top of a page is problematic. The alerts now just blend in with everything else on the page and can easily be overlooked. Please bring the red back.
25 votesThe red box was added back to alert notes. If anyone sees any other missing red links, please comment on this post and we will address them.

Email Fund Statements
Fund Advisors who had multiple funds used to receive one email with all of their fund statements attached. Now they receive a separate email for each fund they have. Our Agencies who have multiple funds are not happy to be receiving 10 separate emails. Please add the ability to make this optional.
32 votesEmailed fund statements will now be combined to one email depending on statement type. Please see the release note from 4/19/22.

New User Interface
When something was selected (Account Number, Donation ID, Grant ID, Etc.) on the old user interface the link would turn purple signifying that it was clicked. This does not happen with the new user interface released today. Could you please add that function back? Thank you.
15 votesThank you for your feedback. We changed the font color to purple when a hyperlink is selected.

Fund Advisor Portal - email case sensitivity
Please make the Fund Advisor login NOT case sensitive. Many donors are accustomed to entering their emails with various mixes of upper and lower case characters. All fund advisors emails in CSuite appear to be lower case. The donor portal interprets a case difference as a different email and does not allow a login, or a forgot password email to make it through. This is causing lots of issues with our fund advisors.
74 votesThis was implemented on 5/12/22. Here is the release note:
Fund Advisor Portal: Enhanced the forgot password email to the same case sensitivity that is used for the logins.

Campaigns - Remove "is donor" designation to profiles invited to a campaign
When profiles are added to campaigns, they are automatically assigned the "Profile is" designation of "donor." This is not true. Some invitees might be grantees or prospects. As a result the designation of donor becomes useless as a sorting field for segmenting profiles in reports. Please disconnect that default or allow for us to remove the "is donor" tag without having to also remove a profile from a campaign.
84 votesAn enhancement was released on 12/12 moving Campaign history to the main Profile. Inviting Profiles to a campaign will not longer create a “Donor” profile type.

Sandbox Sync Date
It would be nice to know when the last time the sandbox was synced. It could be a simple status line System Data. Better yet, maybe something that everyone could see, like in the red "this is your test site" line - "this is your test site (mm/dd/yy)". But having access to it anywhere would be great.
82 votesThe Sandbox Sync Date has been added as a field is System Data. It is in the main Site Data table. Your site will need to be synced to update this date field the first time.

I'm now losing my account filter on GL transactions when I edit the date
When I do a GL transaction search on a specific account, it shows the results, and also gives the option to 'edit' the date range. If I edit the date range, it does not keep the 'account' as a filter, instead it gives me a transaction list for EVERY account, with the new date range. This is a new problem I'm encountering, after last month's big update. I assume it was inadvertent, so I'm bringing it to your attention, would be great to have it fixed as it is something that I use frequently.
8 votesPlease see the release note from 5/2/22: Financials: Resolved an issue causing filters to be removed, when searching transactions and editing a date range.

New layout on fund profile
I hate the new layout on the fund profiles! I have to scroll past years of historical notes just to see who is linked to the fund. Whatever we have to do to change it back, please do!

"Scholarship-student name withheld" language on fund statements
Since this language is hard coded, it might be nice to soften it a bit. "Recipient name private" or some such language that explains why the name is withheld.
15 votes- Please see the release note from 4/4/2022: Fund Statements: Added additional student specific merge fields In the grants area to protect student information. When a grant is a scholarship award, student information will only appear in the student specific merge fields that begin with {{student_. Student name will show in {{student_name}} instead of {{vendor_name}}. Label will show in {{student_label}} instead of {{label}}. Salutation will show in {{student_salutation}} instead of {{salutation}}. City, state, and zipcode will show in {{student_city}}, {{student_state}} and {{student_zipcode}} instead of {{city}}, {{state}} and {{zipcode}}. Inter_csv will show in {{student_inter_csz}} instead of {{inter_csz}}. Phone and email will show in {{student_phone_number}} and {{student_email}} instead of {{phone_number}} and {{email}}.

interface
I love the new interface and the darker color on the left side of the screen, but the font is far too small! I like the style, but if it could be made larger and not light blue, that would be incredibly helpful! Please also bring back a way that makes alerts red or that can stand out. The red box was ugly before, but that's why it stood out and was its purpose.
7 votesWe have changed the blue to be slightly brighter and the font color in the left side menu is now bright white. We did not intend to remove the red from any of the menus and are addressing those as they are identified.
Is everyone aware that you can change the screen ratio by selecting "ctrl" on the keyboard while scrolling up/down with the middle wheel on your mouse? My eyes are very thankful for that option and CSuite's menus are responsive to that action.

Add grant advisor, grant letter template, service area and grant types to recurring grants
Please allow for the entering of the grant advisor, grant letter template, service area and grant type fields when first entering a recurring grant so that letters will be generated without manually editing and so tracking of service areas and grants types will be accurate. (Currently these fields are not available so must be manually entered with each occurance.)
30 votesSee the release note dated 6/1/2022. Grants submitted through the Fund Advisor portal create Grant Requests in CSuite. This enhancement will allow a User to create requests in batch as long as the Grantee is a current profile in the system. The recurring grant record will include the grant type and service area from the grantee profile. A grant letter template can also be added to eliminate the need to add it to each recurrence.

New User Interface - please make links darker color or bold.
The new interface that was introduced today is great. However, some of our staff are reporting that it is hard to see areas with clickable links in the system. Please make the links a darker color or bold them for easier viewing. See the attached clip for an example.
6 votesThank you for your feedback. We have modified the color scheme to increase the page contrast.

Posting Vouchers
Post Vouchers by being able to select wanted vouchers from a list and then post in bulk. Rather than just posting ALL in bulk or posting each one separately.
10 votesThere are filters that can be applied in the voucher bucket. From the filtered list, a user can select post all and only the filtered list vouchers will be posted. The second option is to select all and select the vouchers on the next screen to post.

Stripe duplicates
Currently, online donations via Stripe create a New Profile if the donor enters different data in any of these four fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email. For orgs that receive numerous online gifts, the duplicates can quickly become a nightmare. We suggest the Stripe-CSuite data matching be modified to look for a match on 2 of 3 fields - say, last name, street address or email address, to reduce the number of duplicate profiles.
Please also:
- add 'date created', and the ability to sort by date created in the duplicates form
-devise a bulk de-deduping process193 votes -
Duplicate Memorial/Honorarium Profiles Created
Please give us the option to choose an existing profile for a memorial/honor contact INSTEAD of creating a new profile every time. This wastes our time later because we have to merge profiles. Thanks!

Optional Functionality
When creating / modififying functionality in the database it would be great some of the enhancements are made optional to each Foundation. This is most important when making changes that have a direct impact on donor interaction.
Some examples include:
Sending seperate fund statements for fund advisors - many users thought this was a great idea but our fund advisors are very unhappy at the mulitple emailsStudent names on Fund statements - some foundations need it and some do not want the names to show
8 votes- For student name on Fund Statements, see the release note for 4/4/22: Fund Statements: Added additional student specific merge fields In the grants area to protect student information.
- For multiple fund statement emails, see the release note for 4/18/22: Fund Statements: Enhanced new fund statements by combining emailed fund statements per fund advisor. Fund Advisors will now see one email with each fund's statement…

Merging profiles with attached files
When merging profiles, attached files do not migrate to the merged profile. Instead, the attached files from the deleted profile are lost. Please allow attached files to carry over to the merged profile.
82 votesMerged profiles will now include files, emails and notes. See release note from 9/7/2021.

Allow Users to Adjust Font Size
We love the new user interface but the font is rather small for some of our users. It would be amazing to have the ability for each user to pick from a Small, Medium, Large font size
5 votesIs everyone aware that you can change the screen ratio by selecting "ctrl" on the keyboard while scrolling up/down with the middle wheel on your mouse? My eyes are very thankful for that option and CSuite's menus are responsive to that action.

Email types
Would love to have email types (like address types, where we can add our own). We have many different emails for different organizations, many of which are specific to a single thing. With email being our most frequent form of communication, it would be great to run a report on email address type when necessary to get specifically the contacts we need at each organization (like CEO or grant manager or admin....etc)
10 votes- Please see the release note from 4/6/2022: Profiles - Email Type: User defined Email Types can now be created in Profile Types. Once created, the email type can be selected for an email address on a profile. Email type is available on the Profile Email custom report.
