Grantee / Student Designation not Searchable in Portal - update to remove Orgs from this.
Right now, in the portal, any profile that has the student designation, is not searchable as a grantee. We have orgs in our system that receive scholarship funds for summer camps, so they are a student, but also receive grants from our fund advisors. Please change this limitation to only apply to individual/household profiles and NOT organization profiles. We now have to create duplicate profiles for MANY of our profiles so that our fund advisors can submit grants through the portal. Thank you!

address validation
I would like to propose a change of the drop-down "ACTION" choices. Instead of the current default "replace with validated address" have the "Do nothing" as the default. This is helpful and will save time because profiles may have old addresses that we dont need to touch. Choosing the "do nothing" as the default will allow us to only click what is needed. Also, change the caps to lower, as someone else suggested, please. Thank you

Layout/Necessary Fields for Additional Donation Campaigns
When building a Campaign, when you choose to have an additional donations as an option, it changes the checkout process and requires the registrant's address even if they do not choose to to donate. This has caused confusion for some registrants with the extra steps as many of our events are free but have additional donation as an option.
It would be much more ideal for the additional donation and the registrant info field to be on the same page, then have them enter more complete info if they need to enter payment info.7 votes- Unified Ticket Workflow:
- Instead of individual ticket fields, everything is now located on one registration page. On the events tickets constituent will have the ability to select a quantity for each ticket type, and add an additional donation, if enabled. There will be a new order summary box on the right hand side, so that the registrant can easily track their purchases or cancel a line. The checkout workflow will remain the same. Individual tickets have been impacted with this change some of the individual ticket fields have been moved to the Campaign's Details Tab.
- New Ticket Fields on the Details Tab:
- Ticket Additional Donation: This field now applies to the overall campaign and is positioned below the list of tickets.
- Ticket Additional Donation Label: A customizable label that users can customize, if additional donations will be accepted for the campaign.

Invoices need a credit card payment link/option
For an upcoming event we have sent out numerous invoices for agencies that are paying to have a vendor table. Many of the vendors want to pay by credit card and with some of the uncertainty of the mail, many do not want to mail a check. We need either a portal that we can provide a link so they can pay their invoice online, or if a payment link could be put on the invoice/email that would be even better.
3 votesIf you enable the Customer Tab on the portal, invoices can be paid online through the portal.

Portal Affiliate users unable to search when recommending grants
Affiliate portal users, who can recommend a grant from one of multiple funds under the Affiliate, are unable to search for grantees in the new portal like they could in the legacy portal. They can manually enter a grantee or select from a previous grantee and then select the funding source.
If the user has the grant request permission on behalf of the affiliate, they should be able to search for a grantee and then select the funding source. Searching now generates an error to contact Foundant support (we'd also prefer users aren't directed to contact support).

Portal Field Customization
Currently we are unable to customize fields at the top of the portal (fund balance, spendable balance, cash available, etc). It would be nice to be able to customize these fields to reflect language that our donors are acquainted with. Please allow for the customization of these fields in the portal.

Option for Admins to approve portal logins with emails
Rather than just letting anyone with a primary email in the system be able to log in to the portal, it would be nice if that was more of a request to login. The user could enter their email to login, but then the system sends an email to an admin at our organization to approve the login and grant access. This would allow us to confirm the profile associated with that email will provide them (and their household/individual/org profiles) the appropriate access.

Donor
Reviewing the portal updates. I had noticed on the left hand side the 5 options, Fund Summary, Gifts etc. Is it possible the visibility of the options could be improved? Making the colour darker or more prominent? To ensure everyone can easily see them. Thank you.

Dollar Signs next to Ticket Prices
Currently, ticket prices do not show dollar signs next to them when viewing a campaign in the Giving Hub. Please include dollar signs next to the prices.

Enable Address Validation- Remove All CAPS on addresses when using this new feature
When using the new Enable Address Validation feature, the recommended address should not appear in all CAPS. Request this be revised to standard upper and lower case.
26 votes- 5/12/2025:Profiles: Updated the USPS validation to preserve original address casing instead of forcing all-uppercase formatting. This will validate casing and formatting, but it will not correct a wrong address.
- -Things to Note: If a suggested address field matches the original, the original casing will be retained, assuming the user provided it intentionally. If the suggested value differs, the field will be capitalized appropriately to standardize formatting.

split stock gift
Donors give stock just like they give cash, check, and by card. It’s nice that we can split their gift --cash, check, or card-- between funds, but we need to be able to split gifts of stock in the same manner. Currently, a profile payment can separate out the gift when it is acquired but when you go to sell the stock, the gains/losses, fees, and the sold amount go only to the original fund used to set up the profile payment. We need to see the stock gift reflected to each fund the donor designates when the stock is…

Send login email in "Portal"
In the Legacy Fund Manager, we could "Send login email" To a new Fund Advisor. In the New Portal, the only option to set up a new Fund Advisor is to send them to the login link, and have them click on "Forgot Password" and go through that process to access their system. Please create a new "Send Login Email" in the Portal for easier set up access to our Fund Advisors.
7 votes- Fund Advisors: A new content block has been added to support bulk processing of Fund Advisor logins and resend login emails. This content area is located under Fund Advisor Content <Advisor Invite Email. When populated, CSuite will use the Advisor Invite Email content instead of the standard Advisor Login Email, allowing for more flexible and customized communications. The new content supports a rich text editor, enabling formatted content, links, and other enhancements. This email will apply bulk login sends and the Send Login action for individual Fund Advisors.

Affiliate styling missing in the portal for donors with access to more than 1 affiliate fund
For donors with access to affiliate funds, we have a way to apply different styling to the login page that they access through a specific URL. We’re also able to apply the same affiliate styling to the funds that they access in the portal. What we don’t currently have is a way to apply affiliate styling to their fund selection page in the portal. If a donor has access to more than 1 affiliate fund, the fund selection page only shows the main Portal Style.
If the portal fund selection list only consists of affiliate funds for a donor, can…

Remove Duplicate Logout Button on New Portal
When you are logged into the new portal and looking at your profile information, when you choose “Security” or “Interest Types” or “Contact Preferences,” you are shown a second two logout button.
Is there a reason that is needed? If not, can you remove it and just have the one in the main navigation?

Campaign bulk options
When using Campaigns to track attendance post-event, each guest must be manually marked as Attended. This is extremely time consuming for large events. Please develop a bulk option or add this to an import.
Currently when we use Campaigns to track event attendance we have to import the profiles, then sell a guest ticket or use Upload IDs to add to Campaign in bulk, then manually mark each attendee. This is a lot of work for a 1,000 person event!
8 votes- (05-14-2025) Campaigns: Added the ability to import RSVP and Attendance for Campaigns. This will allow clients to easily update RSVP and Attendance for their events. In Campaigns, on the Profiles tab, and then from the Guest List, users will find the new left-side menu Import RSVP and Attendance. This new import will allow users to import both RSVP and Attendance, using the Guest ID or dedc ID. The dedc ID has been added to the Guest list report to allow users to easily download and filter from the guest list. RSVP and Attendance can be updated simultaneously, or users can choose to update only one by removing the other column from the import file. This enhancement streamlines event management by enabling quick and accurate updates to guest information.

Remove Portal access for all
EVERY profile with an email address in CSuite is able to access (via a PIN) or to be seen in the new Portal by someone else with the same email address, regardless of whether they have a Designation that you are allowing access. This is causing a variety of issues and we very strongly think the Portal needs to be re-programmed to remove this access for any email address.
Here are some specific examples of issues arising from this new design:
One of our users has a Household profile from a personal donation which uses her work email address. That…
10 votes3/12/2025:Login: We have implemented an update to the portal login process to enhance security and provide more controlled access based on profile designations. This change significantly improves security by limiting who can log in with an email and controlling which profiles are visible to the user. The enhanced login flow helps ensure that users only access profiles relevant to their designated roles. The email login method is now limited to profiles that have a designation enabled for portal access. If the email entered is not associated with any profile, no pin will be sent to the user. If the primary email on the profile does not have a designation enabled for the portal, they profile will be taken to the profile page. If the email is valid, but does not match the expected criteria, the user will be directed to the “Enter your PIN” page. The messaging will clarify that…
