Revenue Share Deposits - Impact Investment Interest Income
Revenue Share for Deposits
We get interest income from impact investments which are in our investment pool. We would like to be able to revenue share these deposits rather than do a negative voucher to allocate the interest income.

It would be nice to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email along with the copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite
It would be a nice feature to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email (similar to grant and donation templates) along with a copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite. Currently we have to manually email the payment confirmations for invoices processed in Csuite.

Allow donations/pledges to use invoicing and tax receipt functionality
When soliciting donations from larger corporations, many of those organizations are requesting an invoice (or proforma invoice) from us to pay the donation. Currently there is no way to create an invoice and associated it as a donation. If an invoice is created, there is no way associate that payment with a tax receipt and include this payment as a donation on the manual statement of the fund. A huge enhancement would be integrate the invoicing functionality with a 'donation' or a pledge to allow for proper accountability with the fund statement and give the ability for tax receipts to…

Import Payments
It would be helpful to have the ability to import payments, similar to how we can import invoices in bulk. Our foundation processes a monthly batch of pre-authorized debits, and currently we have to manually enter each payment and apply it to the related outstanding invoices. It would save time if there were a .csv upload option for payment records.

Loans between 2 Funds
We are testing using Loans in Csuite for the first time. It would be great if a loan could also have the option to be between 2 funds so that the system would not only create the entries on the fund making the loan, but also on the fund receiving the loan. And this would extend to the payments as well - that the system would make entries on both funds. In our case, we are loaning to an affiliate organization which has its funds with us. The payments are coming from that fund.

loans - need option for sub accounts on creation
When setting up loan accounts in the Accounts Default section, you must assign only one account for Loans Payable, Loans Receivable and Loan Interest. We have 3 separate loans that are sub-accounts of these accounts. So each time I set up a loan, create a voucher for the loan payment, invoice interest payments, or invoice for a principal repayment, I need to reset the defaults so that they map to the correct sub account. Is there a way that you could allow us to enter the main account as the default but then choose the correct sub account as a…

invoice
We hold a paid program for executive directors for other local nonprofits every other year. We use C-Suite's Invoices to invoice the nonprofits. For those nonprofits that pay by credit card, the transaction ends up in Donations. It would be great to link their "donation" to their open invoice.
1 voteIn the new portal, a profile will be able to pay an invoice by credit card with the customer tab enabled. This could eliminate this problem. To apply a credit card payment to an invoice, it must be a profile payment, not a donation.

Impact Investing
With Impact Investing becoming a more prevalent means of helping our communities, it would be very helpful to have a way to allocate these loans to multiple funds without having to have an outside massive spreadsheet to "revenue share" manually and account for repayment manually to each fund. The loan feature does not work for this as that is only allocable to one fund and Investment Strategy does not work as you can also only allocate one per fund.

Impact Investing: revenue share
Impact Investing-Revenue Share
We recently invested in an impact investment where we have a portion of $ in a mortgage. We earn interest and principal repayments monthly but only receive the funds 2 a year. I would like to book the monthly int earned and reduce the principal by the amount owed and set up a receivable for the twice a year payment. I was looking to the add int/fees to book the income no problem but how can I reduce the principle balance and set up the receivable other than booking journal entries. At the moment there is just…18 votes
