Ticket Purchasing: Multiple Ticket Types option on one screen
I would like to see the option to purchase multiple types of tickets on one screen. Currently, users must add one type to cart and then have to go "back" two screens (or more) to add a different ticket type. It would be better to have a drop down option or the ability to add multiple types of tickets on one screen. This is inconvenient for both desktop users and mobile device users.

Context:
- Unified Ticket Workflow:
- Instead of individual ticket fields, everything is now located on one registration page. On the events tickets constituent will have the ability to select a quantity for each ticket type, and add an additional donation, if enabled. There will be a new order summary box on the right hand side, so that the registrant can easily track their purchases or cancel a line. The checkout workflow will remain the same. Individual tickets have been impacted with this change some of the individual ticket fields have been moved to the Campaign's Details Tab.
- New Ticket Fields on the Details Tab:
- Ticket Additional Donation: This field now applies to the overall campaign and is positioned below the list of tickets.
- Ticket Additional Donation Label: A customizable label that users can customize, if additional donations will be accepted for the campaign.

Dollar Signs next to Ticket Prices
Currently, ticket prices do not show dollar signs next to them when viewing a campaign in the Giving Hub. Please include dollar signs next to the prices.

Campaign bulk options
When using Campaigns to track attendance post-event, each guest must be manually marked as Attended. This is extremely time consuming for large events. Please develop a bulk option or add this to an import.
Currently when we use Campaigns to track event attendance we have to import the profiles, then sell a guest ticket or use Upload IDs to add to Campaign in bulk, then manually mark each attendee. This is a lot of work for a 1,000 person event!

List cart - change button names
Seems many of us are having problems with people leaving things in the cart, rather than actually submitting them.
A very quick suggestion that may solve some of the problem: Instead of having the button on the Unsubmitted Grant Requests read "Review and Submit Grant Requests" why not rename the label to simply say "Review Grant Requests." Many of our donors have told us that they thought it was one action and that by clicking it, they had reviewed AND submitted it.

List Carts Report
Create custom report option that includes unsubmitted grant carts, fund name, steward, grant details, and requested by, so stewards can receive automated report emails prompting them to follow up with donors who have unsubmitted carts.
And in the interim, please add Fund Steward to the exiting Fund Advisor > "List Carts" area so we can swiftly divvy these up for follow up.
Thank you! - TCF

Campaign
I would like the opportunity to create spaces in the Names area of a Ticket. It would be great if the name of the ticket was on one line and then the price is on the next line. Currently it will only work that way if you use up the space with letters. If a <br> option could be allowed that would make it look nicer.

Campaigns Without Tickets for Online Donations
Event Campaigns should be able to be created without needing to sell tickets. This would streamline online donations targeted for a specific purpose or campaign. The campaign could then have a specific URL and QR code created, like campaigns already do, but without needing donors to purchase a ticket, it could take them right to a donation page that is tied to the fund attached to that campaign. This would create more efficiency around event campaigns, continue the trend of online donations becoming more popular and accessible at events, and reduce the additional time it takes to manually attach donations…
109 votes5/28/2025: We’ve introduced a new Fundraising campaign type in CSuite. This option allows users to create campaigns that do not require tickets, but still accept donations.
This is ideal for organizations looking to fundraise without hosting a ticketed event. It enables easy tracking of income and expenses associated with the campaign, making it perfect for general fundraising efforts, donation drives, or cause-based initiatives.
Key Details:
- New Campaign Type: Users can now select Fundraising as a campaign type when creating a new campaign.
- Donation-Only Focus: Fundraising campaigns are structured to accept donations exclusively, without the need for other campaign activities.
- Layout and Design:
- The campaign layout will mirror the fund listing layout for a familiar and streamlined donor experience.
- Donation amounts will display based on Giving Levels configured in donation settings. If no levels are set, standard donation amounts will be shown.
- Tax Receipts:
- Donors will receive tax receipts based on…

Campaign: Ticket date
It would be great if campaigns could change or show the date as per the date on the ticket, not the actual campaign end date.
