  1. It would be nice to be able to mark when a mailing has been returned to sender in a marketing campaign. Keeping track of returned or undelivered mail is important to know who actually received the mailing and who did not. We currently have to list all mailings as events, so we can mark 'RSVP: no' for returned mail. This is not ideal in properly organizing our communications. The undelivered option would also be nice to apply to email addresses that reject a digital mailing, as this does happen at times as well when someone's inbox is full, etc.

  2. We would like to add functionality that allows fundraising campaigns to offer tiered “thank-you gifts” based on donation amounts. Donors could select from available gift options when they contribute, and the system would automatically track eligibility by donation level.

Additionally, we want to include the capability for donors to send personalized notes or “gift notes” to recipients. This option would allow donors to dedicate their gift, include a special message, or notify someone that a donation has been made in their honor.

    Key Capabilities Requested:

Ability to assign specific gifts to predetermined donation tiers

Automatic display of eligible gifts during…

  4. Allow additional information to be gathered when people are registering for events. Information such as dietary needs, guest age, consenting to/ understanding guidelines, etc. would be handy.

  5. Allow contact information or at least guest names to be made required for registering for or buying tickets. For logistic and security reasons, we need to know who everyone attending an event is and it would be much easier to capture that information before confirming event registration.

  7. There should be a function to 'bulk delete' profiles using a checkbox when manually scanning the profiles tab, instead of having to click "delete" individually from a campaign, which causes the page to refresh each time and makes you lose your spot.

  8. After creating a campaign, there is an option to import a CSV document with the Profile IDs of donors/advisors who received the email. This allows you to add multiple profiles to the campaign at once.

There should be the same feature for donations attributed to a campaign, we should be able to upload a CSV file of Donation IDs to the marketing campaign instead of having to manually add each donation 1 by 1.

  9. In Campaign / Events / Income Statements - please create the ability to add filters. Currently, on fundraising events, the income statement pulls revenue from a fees/general ledger account that does not relate to the actual event revenue and should not be mixed in with the fundraising general ledger activity. This results in always having an incorrect Income Statement for Fundraising Events tied to specific fund types where other fees might occur.

  10. Would like there to be more freedom in campaigns to create multiple choice, free response, and Y/N surveys for volunteer recruitment and tracking and surveys to send after an event to collect feedback.

  11. Would like campaign groups to be a field in a campaign report. This would help me pull a report on donations made by specific groups/tables.

Currently, campaign donations report only show ticket purchases and not donations also made via stripe.

  12. Allow public facing campaigns to display similar to Fund listings. The Header and body text have a large amount of space between them. Feels like a mistake visually like something is missing. It gives the graphic designer in me the twitches. Examples below.

  13. It would be helpful to have a separate description for a campaign for internal users so that campaign names can have the year in front of them for organization purposes. We wouldn't necessarily want the date to be seen externally if someone is buying a ticket.

  14. Good morning! Instead of scrolling down a list or using the 'find' on the browser to search for campaigns, could we have a 'search' box on top of the campaign list screen? For example, when we need to "add" a profile to a campaign, can we have the 'drop' box option to type in the name of the campaign instead of using the 'find' browser button, or scroll down a long list of campaigns. Thank you!

  15. Good afternoon,
An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.

  16. Right now people only have the option to "purchase" the ticket to indicate that they are RSVP-ing "Yes". It would be extremely helpful to have some way for people to indicate that they RSVP "No."

The "RSVP" field under a campaign currently populates based on Yes/No they have responded (bought a ticket) as opposed to Yes/No if they are attending.

My larger hope would be that this field is used to see either:

    1) they RSVP'ed "yes" and plan to attend,
    2) they RSVP'ed "no" and cannot attend, or
    3) they have not RSVP'ed at all

    Perhaps there could be…

  17. 20+ pages of ideas for events should raise a concern that the current campaign solution is quite inadequate.

Several fields for in-person events are not set up with a radio button allowing us to make them required. We cannot make guests' names (first and last) and main entree choices in Requests required. This causes extra work for our two-person organization that the software could prevent with basic modifications.

  18. Currently, when setting up a campaign, the date that shows in the event registration first page to add tickets shows the end date of the event. However, the time that displays is the start time of the event, making this very confusing and doesn't align with the information being entered for the fields showing on the ticketing page. Suggestion is to fix the date showing noted as START DATE to align with the START TIME. The next screen that allows selecting the number of tickets should then reflect the END DATE and END TIME for ticket sales.

    In the screenshots…

  20. It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.

This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.
