1. grant catalog

   It would be great if the credit card donation button could be hidden on internal Grant Catalogs that are visible only to Fund holders. We're using an internal Grant Catalog to collect Donor Advised grants to our annual competitive grant cycle, and some of the donors are getting confused by the two buttons even though we tried to clarify which one to use in the instructions. If the credit card button could be hidden while the Catalog is internal, and then unhidden when it goes public after the grant cycle ends, we could avoid this confusion. 2. Indicate Required Fields on Catalog Request Form

   In the Fund Advisor portal, on the Catalog Request Form, there is no indication (such as with an asterisk) which fields are required, so a NPO copmleting the form must click the submit button before they are advised which fields are required. It would be helpful if required fields could indicate they were required when the form is first loaded.

   Currently, if they click the "next" button without completing ALL the required fields, it just clears out the form. Would also be helpful if we could add sub-directions for each field. For instance, put "max 200 characters" as sub-directions for the Short Description. Alternatively for this specific field, add admin-chosen character limits.

3. grant catalog

   We implemented a Grant Catalog synced from GLM for the first time so that our DAF holders could recommend grants to our competitive grant cycle directly from their portals. This has been a nice functionality, but now we're having issues pulling reports for the Fund holders because all their grantees show as "Grant Catalog Fund." Although they can see the purpose of the grants, our Donor Services Director would like to be able to sort all grants from any given DAF by the grantee organizations' names. Is there any way to configure the Grant Catalog so that Fund holders can see the grantees' names, not just the Grant Catalog Fund and grant purpose? This would be very helpful to reduce possible donor confusion and staff time spent preparing reports.

4. Grant Catalog Request Fields - Make Optional

   Please make grant catalog request fields OPTIONAL. Foundant subscribers should be able to customize the fields they want populated.
   When creating a new grant catalog entry in CSuite, all fields in the request are required in order to submit. We have also tried using the Grant Catalog Fields within a GLM application in order to sync to a catalog in CSuite, and again ALL fields are required. The required fields add more information than we want to present to our donors. The current functionality creates a lot more work for our team to produce what our donors want to see.
   Unless this is changed, we just won't use the grant catalog, which is so disappointing. The grant catalog feature was a huge selling point for our transition to CS, and it's basically useless at this point.

   Please make grant catalog request fields OPTIONAL. Foundant subscribers should be able to customize the fields they want populated.

5. Hide non funded grant catalog opportunities

   It would be really nice to add back the feature to hide the funded amount for each grant and the beginning of a grant catalogue. None of the grants are funded yet so it looks like there is no support for the programs that are requesting support we used to have this feature where you could hide funded and it would not show the funded amount for each Grant request but it instead would show the requested amount only for each grant request, I’m not sure why they took away this feature, but it is very helpful because it allows for everyone to show their requested amount rather than show their requested amount and the funded amount.

   For some reason, is it also still listed as an option inside of the Foundant guide for the grand catalog, but they took away the feature.

6. Notes & Files for Grant Catalog

   It would be great to have the ability to add a note or a file to the grant catalog. There may be information that is pertinent to a specific catalog.
