  1. Show inactive stewards in italics at bottom of the steward list just as inactive org roles show in the org roles section of the relationships tab in organization profiles. Also add active/inactive as report and filter options on steward custom reports and other reports that can include steward information.

  2. When using the Profile Import and Profile Bulk Update features, it would be great if CSuite auto-formatted phone numbers and dates during the import process. Rather than having to format these phone numbers and dates up-front in Excel, it would be great if CSuite automatically formatted these values during the import process. Getting the choice of how they format (phone numbers with or without dashes, dates with slashes or dashes, etc.) would also be helpful and could be a setting under profile settings.

  3. Improved Search Capabilities: There needs to be a way to search for profiles even if you don't have (or know how to spell) the whole name. If someone's name is "John Smithe" but you think it's "John Smith" and you type "Smith, John" in the search bar, the profile you're looking for will not populate. If the search function could pull names that start with the letters up to the comma, the searcher could find John Smithe, John Smitherman, and John Smith-Stone.

  4. It would be nice to be able to see any attached file for a profile record from any of the designation fields without having to change tabs. My suggestion is that the file tab has a drop down by designation so that when you are looking at a profile marked as a donor you see donor related files first, but have the option to see other related files if that donor is also a fund advisor, grantee, etc. without needing to change designations. I don't like knowing that I uploaded a file but then seeing "0" under files because I…

  5. When creating a profile the State should always be capitalized. The system puts it in lower case. Would be great if it was automatically uppercase as it should be.

  6. It's great that org roles let you select "active" and enter dates, but the dates only show on the org profile, not the individuals, and the "active" setting is displayed nowhere.

    My idea is that the status (Active/inactive) is displayed on both org and profile under relationships tab, as well as the dates. Currently if its not active the role is italicized, which is way too subtle.

  7. We assign tasks to our development team and meet with the team to review/update, etc. It would be helpful if we could filter on the assigned tasks to see one Steward at a time.

  8. Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

  9. The new functionality for linking more than one individual to an org profile is great! But we need the ability to report on it. This is a huge help in creating mailing lists, but we can't use it if we can't report on it. Thanks!

  10. Looking to see if this can be a possibility in the future. For INACTIVE household donations, made inactive due to one member of the household having died, to be absorbed by the living members profile. This would make it so the household itself would no longer have to be linked to that individual. Also when that individual logs into the portal, they could see their past household donations included in with their individual donations, if there are any.

  11. The copy buttons don't require any confirmation that you actually want to copy prior to the copy being completed currently. This is an issue because it is often next to "edit" or "merge" buttons, so it is fairly easy to mistakenly click from time to time. Additionally, it can be fairly easy to miss that you did copy the record since the only indication is a refresh of your screen in most cases, so this can result in duplicate records and confusion. A simple screen asking if you want to copy this record would avoid this without causing too much…

  12. We can easily designation someone using the [MAKE] selection under Designations in fcsuite. I can [MAKE] them as Fund Advisor, Grantee, etc.

    (1) Once they are in a category, there should be an 'unmake' button so I can easily change it back. Instead, I need to click on their role as a Grantee, and hunt out the 'delete' button way over on the left menu. It's confusing the way it is, but at least it work. When I click on Delete, it usually brings me back to the user profile. Yay.

    (2) Unless it's a nonprofit. When I click Delete…

  13. It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.
    The current structure for the org roles and profile links works well when there is only a couple links, but it is very difficult to read once…

  14. It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

  15. Since we need to collect all student's personal information to report to the Canada Revenue Agency every year, currently, we must manually enter each student's SSN to their CSuite profile. In our process, we ask for a student's SSN and direct-deposit information on a follow-up form that must be completed after they have been selected to receive funding. It would be great to have a function that can import this information from the SLM follow-up form to their CSuite profile.

  16. Please can we have an option to remove the do not email, call or mail in bulk for individual profiles? You currently have to click through all three - can we have a do not contact option that encompasses all 3?

  17. When campaigns are created for events, and a linked is shared to RSVP, is it possible, for people who RSVP with demographic information, for CSuite to identify if they already have a profile in our system? And if so, could it prompt them to update their demographic information in there profile?

  18. Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!

    It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks

  19. Both of our audit group users - who only access the system for a few months annually - couldn't remember their passwords to log into CSuite. Unlike Fund Advisors, there is no "Send Login Email" in the left margin of the User tab of a profile. Since there were no instructions on any Foundant Help webpage or in Compass, the only work-around I could figure out was to "login as" each of them, send them their home screen once I assigned a temporary password.

    The process for sending a User a new link to login should be much easier. Support…

    In the left side menu of the Home menu, there is an option for System URL's. Selecting that option returns a list of all the needed URL links to the system. Copy and paste the CSuite Login URL to send to a User in an emai once you have reset their password.

  20. When a profile is updated with a name change or address change CSuite is then updating all historical items, example if a grantee had a check cut under on old name and they changed to a new org name that historical check is now showing that it was cut to the new name. Historical checks and gifts should remain static and not update to the new information.
