  1. It would be helpful to have one central location for all financial reports that are saved and can be loaded. Right now they are scattered under "trial balance" or "detail trial balance", etc. It takes some time to find where the original reports were saved.

  2. 1 report where you can show the fund advisor the invoices + the donations, along with donor contact info and gift notes. This would be especially useful in the campaign area where certain gifts are ticket sales, sponsorships, and donations, and they want to see everything in one place without exporting and doing an excel query merge.

  3. Having the rollup feature on donor reports is great but it is only available in donor report, it would be great if it could also be an option in donor custom reports

  4. Compound filters allow you to filter data by multiple criteria to narrow down what data displays. For example, the Project filter allows you to filter all projects in the system by project name, client, code, manager, or status.

  6. We use the Primary Fund Advisor as the main contact for Fund communication. The Profile Fund custom report section does not provide a selection for the Primary Fund Advisor. We use the Profile Fund Categories to filter various roles of advisors and related individuals, but had planned to use the Primary Fund Advisor already built into CSuite to identify the main contact.

  7. Include the sale detail fields available on the public security report.
    Auditors want to see the audit trail of reciept, gift value and proceeds. The current report options do not allow for a report that shows the sale details

  8. It would be helpful to be able to see the expected future spendable balance taking, for example, recurring grants into account. Today it requires multiple reports to get a projected expected spendable for a future date.

    Example:
    If a recurring grant is planned for 12/31, be able to see a report that says, "even though spendable today is $X, it's about to be $X minus the planned recurring grant amount."

  9. I love the new feature to schedule reports to auto-run. There are a few reports that would be helpful to some of our agencues.

    A nice addition to this would be the ability schedule reports to be sent to outside emails.

  10. When pulling a profile report, there should be an option to pull the primary contact's information in. We use this instead of the Primary contact field, as its easier to update when there is a change.

  11. For our organization we have created a custom field when entering vouchers. We were able to add EVENT CODES. Our organization has various events, which is why we created the custom field when entering vouchers. It would be great if the event codes could also be added to JE's and reflect on the GL Reports.

  12. We often make grants using multiple funds. Our auditors requested a list of grants made over $50,000. These are difficult to identify using existing reports because multi-fund funded grants assign a unique grant number tied to each individual fund the grant was comprised of. Having the ability to select MasterGrantID within a custom grant report or filter within the grant report from the grants page could simplify this greatly and may have utility for other users. Please consider adding this feature.

  13. When creating a report, there are so very many fields to choose from and, unless I'm missing something, it's incredibly difficult to know what each field means/is generated from. For example, on the attached file screenshot, there are loads of 'Fromgrant' fields but I can't see the whole field name. I can't drag the separator to increase the width of Available Fields so I can read the entire field name. There's no pop up when I hover my mouse over the field. So the only way I can figure out what each and every field is, is to add it…

  14. Add parent fund name as a field available in custom reports. This will save time when preparing summary reports for fund advisors with muiltiple parent / sub funds

  15. I have a lot of experience with other CRMs that allow me to easily see an overall picture of my donor- how much they give, where they give, etc. CommunitySuite doesn't allow for this and it is very limiting and makes me have to do extra work manually adjusting excel spreadsheets. As a fund development person, this is a very challenging aspect to the system. PLEASE allow for custom donor reports, what is the harm in allowing for that?

  16. I'd like to have option to pull multiple choices from a dropdown field or exclude couple of choices from a dropdown field
    Ex1: description has multichoices:Agency distribution, multifunded, General support, Annual Appeal, etc. I like to pull "one of" operator the description "Agency Distripution" and "General support".
    Ex2:I like to exclude "Not one of" operator the description multifunded, General support.

  19. Please bring back the option to view the Cash Balance report by day. I use this report to calculate prorated admin fees on funds that retire before the end of the quarter. Thank you!

  20. The custom report field, Cleared, that allows us to show which checks are reconciled does not allow the filter of 'No'. If the check is not reconciled the field is blank. The filter only allows for Yes or No filter options. Selecting 'No' removes all items.

    The field should be either Yes or Blank or if the check is not reconciled, add No to the field on the grants, scholarships or vouchers.
