Currently, the ability to generate an in-system Portal advisor invite email with a unique account setup link is only available from the profile's Fund Advisor record (the "Send Login Email" button retained from the legacy Fund Advisor Portal); profiles without the Fund Advisor designation do not have this option available.

  2. Show completed tasks in Profiles - resurfaced from 2021 archived idea submitted...

    It would be VERY helpful to see completed tasks associated with a profile.

    Regular communication with donors and fundholders do not always fall into an opportunity so having a record of communication in the profile is very important. We need to be able to look at a donor profile and see that they have or have not received calls or emails or other actions.

    I should also be able to see all activity for that profile in one place, whether it's a note, a task or a transaction.…

  4. We keep a directories of nonprofit consultants, local officials, and attendees of various community leadership programs on our website for the use of others. This means when an edit is done to a profile in CSuite, someone has to check to see if it also needs to be done in the directories. It would be AWESOME if there were profile designations (or some other way of tagging) that would allow us to have online directories for things other than nonprofits. It would have to be optional to have it public--we would put direct links to it on our password-protected pages…

  5. We have gift match programs going on most of the time. We need a way to check that incoming donations are all linked to the donors' pledges. Running a full donation report and whittling down to the donors who have made pledges is a time suck. I've tried writing a custom report, but there isn't a sort or field for "Pledge is Linked to Donation" or "Donation is Linked to Pledge."

    Please consider adding a "Pledge Linked" column on the Profile/Donor page. The "Pledges" tab only shows that the donor ever made a pledge, not the status of a pledge.

We'd love to use the affiliate portals, but we've historically run into legal issues with having affiliates listed in ways that could be perceived as their own entity, thus we'd love the option to NOT make the affiliate the grant advisor (and therefore the vendor) for internal grants so the grant still flows through our main org's profile and the grant advisor is listed on grant letters as such.

  7. I'd like to be able to bulk remove from campaign IF they've been invited to another campaign. For example, if we're having a special reception for an invite and we don't want that group to be included on the general invite list, and vice versa.

Please make the quick reference guide able to be edited by users to create an org-specific guide within CSuite, rather than having to create guides outside of CSuite (in PowerPoint, Canva, Scribe etc). If we were able to add text to, or highlight, or change language in the Quick Reference Guide, it would make this functional in a few more important ways. For example, we could indicate in the Quick Reference fields our org requires staff to populate and which we do NOT want staff to utilize.

  9. Please add a field so that the subject line of the guest link email can be changed. While the recent updates to allowing for the email body content are great, they still do not solve the issue that individuals will not open emails that look like spam, and the current subject line looks like spam.

    The current subject line is: Event Ticket Portal Link.

    Refrencing this recent update: Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.

  10. Please allow for pre-built statement accounts to be selected/utilized when building out a new financial view.

    When building financial views currently, the accounts must be re-selected for each financial view when netting them together.

    Instead, it would be better if we could pick from an existing list of statement accounts as they already have the related accounts netted together and renamed. Of course, it would still be nice to have the option to choose within the financial view as well without impacting the existing statement accounts.

  11. On the Fund Advisor Portal, if you show history on a fund, you see a date filter that allows someone to choose a date range that is prior to the look back date. But when you click on a date prior to the lookback date, no data is displayed even if there is data for the fund. We think that will create confusion for our fund holders, so we are not showing history on all of our funds for this reason.

    Is there a way for you guys to limit those date options based on the LookBack Dates? Seems like…

  12. Campaign reporting and management are currently very difficult for Fund Advisors to navigate within their portal. We frequently receive questions asking whether the amounts displayed are from general donations or generated through an active campaign.

    It would be incredibly helpful to have a dedicated “Campaign” tab within the Fund Advisor portal. This tab could provide a clear overview of all active campaigns, including sales data, donor information, and various reporting metrics.

    At the moment, I’m having to compile and share this information manually in a single report so Fund Advisors can view all relevant campaign details in one place.

  13. We’d really like to suggest adding the option to customize the color scheme in Csuite. This idea has been mentioned here before but was archived. Many commonly used platforms now offer some level of visual customization, so adding this feature would bring Csuite more in line with user expectations. It is a small change that users would likely appreciate.

    Even just a few preset themes or the ability to use an organization’s branding colors would make the platform feel more modern and visually appealing. The current interface is very neutral, and adding some color options would help make the experience…

  14. I would recommend the following improvements for the Grant Catalog:

    1. Have the option for the viewer to see the projects listed in a horizontal format, text only no photos, exactly like the option that is available in the Giving Hub Portal (SHOW ADDITIONAL FUNDS).

    2. Create a way to export QR code links through a report.   15. The Legacy Fund Advisor Grant Request page had a "side by side" styling with "instructions" on the left and the grant request submissions on the "right". The new Fund Advisor portal Grant Request page has a "vertical Top to Bottom" style so that the "instructions" or Header is on the top and the grant submission are on the bottom. Unfortunately, this means that the Fund Advisor cannot see the listing of their grant requests in the Cart which means that unless they scroll down, they cannot see the final step "Review and Submit" button that must be clicked on to…

  16. Currently, Community Suite does not alert us when a recurring gift is about to end. We would like an alert to be added and an email sent to the donor on the second-to-last donation telling them the recurring donation is about to expire. The email could have a link for the donor to log in and extend the donation date, or it could email us to let us know the donor would like to extend the donation.

  18. I would like the option to have an event listed on an affiliate's giving hub only, and not on our main giving hub.

    Right now the work around is to mark the event as private and let the affiliate use a direct link to the ticket.

    While this keeps the event off of our main giving hub, it also hides it on the affiliate's giving hub event tab.

  19. Adding a Deferred Revenue option when setting up a new Event:

    It looks like when you set up a new event in CSuite you need to select a revenue account. However, our procedures (and GAAP standards) dictate that revenue incurred in months prior to the month when "the performance obligation is met" must be allocated to deferred revenue rather than a current revenue account. Deferred revenue is not currently an option for this, and only back-end journaling workarounds exist to remedy it. The clean fix would be to allow for non-revenue accounts to be selected when setting up an event.…

  20. Besides the "List Carts" report under Fund Advisors which shows all carts, it would be helpful to see on an individual fund advisor if they have an abandoned cart. This would be on the Fund Advisor record in Csuite...an option on the left menu to "List Cart".
