  1. On the Fund Advisor Portal, if you show history on a fund, you see a date filter that allows someone to choose a date range that is prior to the look back date. But when you click on a date prior to the lookback date, no data is displayed even if there is data for the fund. We think that will create confusion for our fund holders, so we are not showing history on all of our funds for this reason.

    Is there a way for you guys to limit those date options based on the LookBack Dates? Seems like…

  2. A common issue when reporting is building multiple different types of custom reports to pull all necessary data. This splits the information across multiple reports and requires Excel knowledge to combine them together. Instead, it would be much better if there was a single report that had all of the most commonly used/reported fields.

    Most of the custom reports in CSuite contain many extraneous fields that are never even reported on. Given that trying to load every single one of the fields on a page would be difficult, let's ignore the unused and un-reported fields and include only the most…

  4. We would like to ensure that anonymous profiles/donors are anonymous throughout the system. Basically their information would be masked (similar to the SIN numbers in Foundant) and only those individuals with access can un-mask the information like names, emails, etc. Otherwise it would just show as anonymous with their address.

    This would help to ensure anonymous donors remain anonymous, as it would limit the information throughout the organization as well. We have many staff that need access to Csuite for campaigns and events, but are contract staff and students. We are trying to limit the access to temporary staff to…

  5. The new Reports permission, Full Access, allows someone to delete anyone's custom reports. That should be isolated to Admins, since that's dangerous. However, without this permission, no one can schedule their own report. That's not dangerous, and I would like to give that to most anyone. Can we de-link scheduling reports from the Full Access permission?

Stripes non-profit credit card fee is 2.2% +.30, it would be nice if we had the option to charge that exact fee amount in CSuite to prevent over charging our donors and causing confusion and extra activity on the fund statements. It should be a complete wash if the donor wants to cover the charge.

  8. We would like to have the name of the stock autofill in the "Description" field. Not the # of shares and ticker symbol as they have their own separate fields. We have to manually type in the Name of the Stock as we use it to populate on our tax receipt letters.

  10. For an event on the Giving Hub, when you select a specific ticket to purchase and the ticket details appear, it seems odd that the "ticket header" would appear ABOVE the name of the event.

    Is there an option to display the "ticket header" content BELOW the Ticket Name?

  14. Greater Milwaukee Foundation would like a more finance-oriented approach to financial statements and variances. Specifically, when looking that the budget variances on the Income Statement/Budget Column option, the revenue section is correct in that the variance is 'actual minus budget'. However, the expense section is backwards, and should be 'budget minus actual'. We currently have to edit this in excel.

  15. "Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field:

    It would be very helpful to be able to add the grant letter template name as a field to CSuite grant reports.

    This field would allow us to do a quick check of all the recent grants to ensure the right template was applied before printing our grant letters.

  16. I would like to see the design and position of the "Logout" button to be changed within Csuite so it's easily distinguished from "Portal," "Reports" and the other menu options.

    Most user interfaces have the logout option at one corner of a page and usually the font or design is different so it's not mistaken for another menu option. After the update adding the "Portal" option to the menu bar at the top of CSuite, I find myself sometimes misclicking and accidentally logging myself out.

  17. On the donor rollup report, it appears that if someone is part of a household, but has given individually, it’s not showing the date of last gift. It’s blank for the household. If only the household has given, the date is there, but not if someone that is part of that household has given individually. Total donations are there, just not that field. The only way to determine the date of last gift for the household is to examine the regular donor report. You have to look at each member of the household, and isolate the last gift date for…

  19. Traditionally in financial statements, long-term liabilities are listed after current liabilities. Currently, it's the opposite, long-term liabilities are listed before other liabilities.

  20. It would be helpful to have the date that an export was run on the export itself (donations, grants, financials, reports). This would be helpful to know how recently the report was run.
