  1. We were in hopes of streamlining our communication with our payees when an ACH payment was processed. We enabled the check content but were disappointed when we tested the process that an automatic pdf is created that lists what Fund the payment is coming from. We would like the pdf to be an option that can be turned off OR have an option to not have the Fund shown on the pdf.

  2. Currently, I can only download a NACHA file by date. It would be easier if I also had the option to download a NACHA file by batch because sometimes I want to pay them on the same day but post them in separate batches. Or if I just forget one grant, currently I have to pay it on a different day.

  3. Similar to where you can check a box to include blank default payment types to populate when you create a batch of checks add an option where you can select alternative payment types.
    Currently if you want to pay with a check for something that is typically electronic or ACH you have to change the default payment in order to create a check and then remember to change it back.

  5. I would like to disable or change check content for different accounts. Not all checking accounts are the same, and it would be beneficial if we could edit the verbiage depending on which account the check was being issued from.

  6. It would be great if an additional column for Campaign could be added to the Voucher Import template. Importing vouchers helps a lot, but it would be even more helpful if a campaign could be tagged during the import as well. Thanks for considering!

  8. Hey there,

    In the voucher upload screen, would it be possible when uploading a csv to get a preview page after the initial upload page where we can verify the data prior to fully submitting? We upload 50+ vouchers as a time to record credit card transactions and it would be very nice to be able to confirm that nothing happened in the upload, like a value shifted and ended up causing a misalignment of values, or a profile number got entered incorrectly. This would prevent any kind of upload problems that would require subsequent manual deletions of a whole…

  9. A module or integration with Expensify/Concur, which allows vendor receipts to be recorded. If Csuite could use OCR and AI technology to interpret receipt expense accounts, it would be great. If not, then it would be a good thing to allow Expensify/Concur to upload the images and data from their cloud database into Csuite. This would be used for expense tracking and budgeting purposes for nonprofit organizations.

  10. If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.

    With every other function, a user can add the campaign after the entry is posted except when dealing with vouchers. It is extremely frustrating to have to un-post, edit and repost to add a Champaign or change if required.

    This idea has been achieved before.... But I think it would be very helpful.

  11. Can we add multiple approvers to a Voucher, with dollar limits? Vouchers over $1,000 or $5,000 require two approvals? Can we direct which approver needs to be notified based on the dollar amount? This would eliminate the need for paper/electronic forms to be signed for each voucher.

  12. We pay most of our vendors via ACH. When the email is sent to our vendor, it is a generic email that states they received a payment from the Foundation. It would be great if the vendor would receive an email stating the amount of the voucher, invoice number and what the payment is for. We do not want to use Bambora.

Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

  14. The ability to further segment Electronic Payments so that payments made via etransfer etc don't get captured in ACH files. Right now, ACH files are generated by date, so if an operating expense is paid to a vendor via etransfer, and then grant payments are paid via EFT on the same date, that operating expense is included in the file with no way to refine. If there was an "Other Electronic Payment" vs "EFT Payment" option, it would be really helpful to ensure there are no duplicate payments. :)

  15. Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

  18. We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.

    Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

  19. Please add the ability to have custom fields on vendors. I'd like to be able to flag those who are corporations, or otherwise meet a 1099 exception so never need a 1099.

  20. It would be helpful to have the option to include ACH and Electronic Checks in the Positive Pay Export. ACH and Electronic Checks that are presented at our bank create exceptions and we manually approve them for payment on our banking website. If we could include these in our Positive Pay Export uploads, these payments would clear without causing exceptions. Thank you for your consideration.
