  1. Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

  3. We pay most of our vendors via ACH. When the email is sent to our vendor, it is a generic email that states they received a payment from the Foundation. It would be great if the vendor would receive an email stating the amount of the voucher, invoice number and what the payment is for. We do not want to use Bambora.

  4. We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.

    Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

  5. Similar to the grants bucket and other areas of the system with sorting capabilities, it would be great if the Items columns in individual Vouchers could be sorted - Expense Account, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total, and Campaign. When entering a voucher with many items, the sort order changes once the voucher is saved, so it would be very helpful to be able to sort these columns on screen. Thanks for considering!

  6. Now there is no Bi-weekly interval when creating recurring voucher. It would be greatly helpful to have that for organization that do bi-weekly salaries.

  7. The check register export needs to include a Description from the voucher/grant. When I send the check register to committee members, they will ask why did I send a $ amount to a particular recipient. If the description is included, the distribution would be more clear.

    A custom check report could be used to send out. That way you could add the columns that you would like.

  8. When a fund advisor submits a voucher through their portal we have to have a default expense account set up. Our funds have different expense accounts depending on the type of fund it is. It would be nice if we didn't have to set a default and could just assign an expense account when we create the voucher on the back end OR be able to set these defaults by fund or fund type.

  9. A memo for recurring vouchers would be helpful. There is a "Memo" field for a single voucher, but not for a recurring voucher.

  10. Similar to Create Grant Requests in a bulk action from the Grants bucket, it would be nice to have a bulk create voucher requests. Currently, I have to do these one by one and it is a very slow process to have to do that for recurring vendors who are paid through the fund advisor portal.

  11. Please add the ability to have custom fields on vendors. I'd like to be able to flag those who are corporations, or otherwise meet a 1099 exception so never need a 1099.

  12. The check register needs to include all check numbers, even "combined' checks. If there are multiple distributions to one recipient, the field is left blank. The check number should print, even if there are multiple of the same check numbers.

  14. It would be great if we could integrate a third party app/software to manage credit card receipts/AP. Some on our team struggle with turning in business credit card receipts in a timely manner and there are apps out there that allow for the user to take a photo of those receipts, which are then integrated into the accounting system.

  15. Add the option to include ACH and Electronic Checks in addition to checks in the Positive Pay Export. This would eliminate positive pay exceptions at our banking institution when these types of transactions are presented for payment. Thank you for your consideration.

  16. It would be helpful to have the option to include ACH and Electronic Checks in the Positive Pay Export. ACH and Electronic Checks that are presented at our bank create exceptions and we manually approve them for payment on our banking website. If we could include these in our Positive Pay Export uploads, these payments would clear without causing exceptions. Thank you for your consideration.

  18. I would love to see a column in the Vouchers listing showing which ones have attachments and which do not. Maybe it's just me but sometimes I mean to upload an invoice we've received to a voucher - showing the status of an attachment on a voucher will help me remember which ones to go back and upload.

  20. Need to create a recurring voucher that has a multi-fund. Currently, I create the lines for each fund's account but can only put in one fund. Once I create the voucher, then I can select the multiple fund. Opportunity for Functional Reporting and Efficiency: We figured out a method to do mutliple fund for functional reporting as transactions are recorded. This allows for timely reporting of by functional accounts. However, it takes more time with our recurring vouchers (75% of our transactions) to edit for the mutliple funds.
