don't let unposted donations hit fund portal or appear on donation lists until after posting
Currently, donations show up on the online fund portal immediately after creation and before they have been posted. They are also included on donation reports before they are posted. Please don't show any unposted donations on the fund portal or on donation lists until after they are posted.

Display ALL errors upon donation spreadsheet import attempt
Currently, when you attempt to import a donation spreadsheet which has an error (invalid zip, email, etc.), C-Suite only tells you one error at a time. Meaning sometimes you need to upload the import spreadsheet several times before you finally have all errors corrected. If C-Suite just told you all the errors at once, so you could correct them all at once, it would save so much time!

Donor Recognition Name
We would like the to be able to make the donor recognition name field on the online donation page form to be a required field. We rely on this field for our reporting and are noticing that many of our online donors skip over it because it is marked as optional.

tribute report
Please have the tribute reports list the donations in chronological order and not randomly like they currently appear. Or at least give us the option to export and sort by date.

Recurring memorial donations
Recurring memorial donations
The original donation shows that the recurring gift should be in memoriam, however, when we post the recurring gifts, it does not show that these are in memoriam.

Improve Mobile Interface
Loving our new Foundant Technology! The donate and login pages are great on a PC but in a mobile interface, do not present well. Example: If looking to donate to a specific fund, you would have to know to swipe over to find a "Donate" button. Login is better but once inside the fund, reports dont pull up as nicely.
Big issue: Donate page is not mobile friendly or intuitive.

Number of Donations
I would like to be able to generate a list of donors in C Suite who have given only once, especially to identify new donors in the past year. It would be very handy to have a filter that could segregate the list of donors by the number of times they have donated.

$0.00 Donations - we have some donors who make a donation at the beginning of the year, and throughout the year, they want a portion of the donation to be counted toward a memorial or honorarium. We'd post a .00 donation for that donor and note that it is linked to the previous donation. Then we can enter a tribute like usual and it will merge with our report/letter.

splitting funds
A large endowment fund started by one family will need to be divided into 5 smaller funds after the patriarch dies. It's not just splitting the assets 5 ways, its also keeping the donation history so all spendable balance calculations continue as per the original fund. CS needs a way to split funds: assets, history, everything. Way more than transferring assets.

Add credit card fee to donation import
In order to streamline the process of importing donations from a separate payment platform (paypal, network for good, etc.), can you please add a field on the import spreadsheet for the transaction credit card fee? That would allow it to be recorded per transaction instead of monthly through the general ledger.

Interface between Community Suite and Client website - Donations
The CS funds can be promoted on our website. However, the promotion display is awkward. The column on the name of the fund a 4x has wide as the description of the fund column. Is it possible to balance the two columns? Widen the fund description display column and reduce the size of the column that displays the name of the fund. Do clients have the ability to change the column width? Thank you.

Allow individual profiles to belong to one active and multiple deceased households
Many people are married multiple times (divorced, widowed, etc). CSuite allows an individual profile to belong only to a single household. Which means donations associated with previous households are no longer linked to your profile. It makes sense that an individual profile can only belong to one living household, but it should be possible for an individual profile to also be a member of multiple deceased households.

Detail Trial Balance Donor Name in Description
To have the Detail Trial Balance pull the donor's name into the description field would be helpful. It is already pulling the vendor name in this way, and it would be great if it could do the same and include the donor's name in the description of this report instead of just 'Online Donation' or something similar. Thanks for considering!

Note area for Reoccurring donations
Hi! Could you please add a notes area to reoccurring gits? We have close to 100 reoccuring donations going and sometimes we get notices of "insufficient fund" - would like to keep notes on this if poss

Images for all funds on donate page
I like that you can now add images to the donate page, but it appears this is only for promoted funds. I realized having the images appear on the all funds listing would probably be too much, however, it would be nice if the image would appear once you select a fund.

Anonymous Donations in Donations Screen
Would like it if donations that come in as anonymous are marked that way in the Undeposited and Recent Donations screen. Can still show the donor name but everyone who looks at that screen should know which donations are anonymous without having to go into the gift.

Consolidate Public Securities Area
The public securities section of CSuite is great! There is a lot of clicking required, though. It would be nice if the securities, sale history, etc. all showed on the donation page without having to click through so many areas to have a complete picture of all associated with the gift. Provide Advisor Salutation field in Thank You templates
We like to send a "courtesy" thank you to the advisors of Advised Donations. The templates for Thank You letters provide fields for Advisor Label, address, etc, but NOT the salutation for the Advisor. Please provide a field for this.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
We are in process of setting up C Suite and we charge fees on incoming donations and "non-gifts". It would be great to be able to have 1 code to do both rather than having to set up multiple fee codes.
