  1. Please add campaign categories as a filter and field in custom reports so we can dive deeper into reporting on campaign activities, attendance patterns, etc. Thank you!

  2. We hold an annual scholarship luncheon where students and their two guests are free to attend. If a student would like to invite an additional guest, they are charged $25 per guest. Unfortunately, we cannot use C-Suite Campaigns as it does not have that functionality. It would be great if we could have that functionality in C-Suite so we don't have to use Eventbrite for our luncheon.

  3. Is there a way to have an area that shows all the tickets that still need guest information filled out?

    This isn't a huge issue on a small scale, but we have a larger event, it may be tedious to go through all the profiles and make sure they have their guest info filled out.

  4. We would like to be able to edit a campaign after tickets are created. Currently, we cannot edit any information on the "Details" tab once tickets are created. Sometimes, we need to make slight changes to descriptions or event names and cannot do this once tickets have been added to the event.

  5. We noticed that we lost some of the profile filters when the update to campaigns occurred. We specifically are looking for the "invited to" filter where we could check past/current campaigns to add those profile lists to a new campaign. This is how we regularly build our mailing and event lists, and it was very convenient and easy for us to filter that way in one step. We were bummed to see that filter gone!

  6. It would be great if the email export included the name on the file. We do lots of email communications, not through Mailchimp, and I have to export the whole file and delete all the extraneous information to get to just name and email address. OR give us a custom report or way to pull the specific fields we want in the export. Even the full export has lots of information I don't care about and must get rid of before giving to my communications person.

  7. Would like to see ticket purchasers and guests all in one spot. Currently, you can only see a list of ticket purchasers and the number of tickets they've purchased and then the "guests" of these ticket purchasers are in another area (guest list). Would be great to see the guests underneath the ticket purchaser, similar to how the campaign invitee list formats guests/household members (you have the invitee and then below them & to the right will list their guests or household profiles with their email info, all in one spot).

  9. We created a work-around since we can't use organization names for registration by adding it as a request. However, when I export the CSV report to review registration, that field is not included. Please add this field to that export process.

  10. I want to be able to send event ticket receipts in bulk if the donations are manually entered. The option to download/print/email the ticket receipt as a pdf could be useful.

    When filtering to a Donation Campaign Custom Report, we have the option to print Yearly Tax Receipts, the option to print Event/Campaign specific receipts from the left-hand menu would be AWESOME!

Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite. Don't want to use another site/platform to do it.(Eventbrite). Would be nice to have them all in one place and since…

  12. Ability to link (preferably automatically) the credit card fees associated with a campaign ticket purchase to the campaign on the statement of activities.

    This would provide more complete financial data related to a specific campaign/event

  13. When you offer a meal choice in a campaign, we would like to see registering guests only have the choice to make one meal selection and the meal selection should be mandatory. Currently, it appears guests can select more than one meal choice or they can completely skip that step and still register.

  14. It would be wonderful if there was an easy way to include a link that automatically populates an "Add to Calendar" option for events when folks view and/or register for an event. Currently, individuals have to manually add event details, time-date,name, etc to their individual calendars.
