Campaigns are not available
Campaigns are used especially when capturing and tagging income from a single event. Available in CSuite but do not see this option in NPC?
1 voteOpportunities in NPC will be used to manage campaigns, events, grants, etc. This is the equivalent of Campaigns in Community Suite.

Opportunity Expense Report for Funders
When I associate revenue and expenses to an opportunity, I then need to be able to report on all the expenses for that opportunity and the associated attachments.
Why: nonprofits have to send funders a report showing where they spent the money, how they spent the money and proof (attached receipts uploaded to the expenses).
4 votesThere is an option to filter a Statement of Activities by Opportunity. This will give a report of all revenue and expense for the specific opportunity. If a User selects copy to clipboard, the report can be copied to excel.

The current General Ledger is formatted as a Transaction Ledger. We need a true General Ledger format in NonprofitCore, grouped by account with beginning balance and ending balance.

Profile search and drill-down in Accounting
In the Accounting Section “Profiles”, there is no option to search. Also, when you select a profile, nothing happens so not sure what this is for?

Delete deposit
Made a deposit but it was incorrect, unposted in “Revenue” but there is no option to delete altogether

Multiple Transaction Reports (all deposits in Sept.)
Cannot locate any reports or any query options for multiple transactions; for instance running a query for all deposits made in September.

Email History in Profile Summary
It appears that the Gift Email is not tagged to the donors profile; the only way to see it is in Email History

Back on Email History - Logs Off
There is no “back” button in the Email History, hitting back on the web signs you out and makes you log back in. To exit you have to go back to CRM to get the home page

Account Numbers on Donation Entry
When creating a donation, General Ledger account numbers are not visible in the “Revenue Account” field nor can you search by account number

Leading zero on "amount" - requires deleting
When creating a donation, there is a leading zero in the “Amount”
field that requires deletion before you add the donation amount0 votesWhen creating a revenue, 0 will show in the amount field but it is replaced as soon as you start typing the amount. You do not have to back it out first.
