The ability to batch update Notes
It is possible to batch update for status, institutions, associated contacts (etc), but it is not possible to do it on Notes.
Is there something I am overlooking? :)

User Groups
It would be nice for non system administrator user to be able to edit the profiles that are selected in the User Groups function.

Can you expand on the use case? We've enhanced contact association interface which will allow the user to perform bulk assignment.

Allow edits to standard message template
We have received user feedback that the standard system message sent when a user is tagged in a Note is difficult to read. Users want italics or quotes to visually distinguish the Note content from the rest of the message. Users would also like the URL to be a clickable link so they can navigate to the Note directly from their email. If SmartSimple cannot update the standard system message, provide the ability to configure a custom template here (without creating a new workflow, which is what Support suggested).
