Enable "Edit/View" Toggle on L2 List Views

We would love to see the L1 List View "Open in Edit Mode" toggle available on L2 List Views. While not a true security measure, this would be helpful for staff who just need "view" access to records

This can be achieved with the view/edit permissions via the security matrix.
