Create the ability to redirect URLs (e.g. in the event of a brand/name change)
I would like to be able to redirect old URLs to new URLs after we complete a branding update and name change

Mail Run queue limit
Could we have the option in the Mail Run queue limit to set it at 80, or to be able to manually type a number in for the number of emails to send to our SMTP server at once, rather than having a drop-down list? Or keep the drop-down but have the option of 'other', and when selected, you can type in the number of emails to release at once.
The reason for this request is our SMTP service limits sending to 100 emails at a time, but if we set the limit to be 100 and a few extras…

We don't see this as a high priority with the option to reduce to 50.

SmartSimple / Phone (SMS) Integration
Context: Axia Health needs an automated workflow to call scheduled patients prior to appointments, verify if the call was answered or a message was left, and log the outcome directly into the patient's SmartSimple file.
Proposed Approach:
Leverage SmartSimple’s Workflow Subsystem integrated with a third-party telephony API (such as Twilio). Workflows will trigger outbound communications based on the appointment date field. The external API will post a webhook response back to SmartSimple, automatically updating the patient record's status.Question:
Are there any telephony API providers currently offering robust, out-of-the-box integration with SmartSimple for real-time activities?

This may be possible but would require custom work via a services project. We have no plans for OOTB. There is support today with Vonage to support SMS (text message) via workflow task, but won't identify if it was confirmed, open or read.

Ability to use "objemail" variable in BCC line
We often include the "objemail" variable (copied from an application record) in the To or CC line when we generate an email to a grantee from Outlook. By including the "objemail" variable in the To or CC line, the email will then be attached automatically to the application record. However, the functionality does not work if we include the "objemail" variable in the BCC line. Since the "objemail" variable is a long string of characters, we would find value in using it in the BCC line so that it is hidden from recipients to avoid any confusion on their end.

Ability to include file attachments in Email Templates
We have a request to have the ability to include a file attachment option in the email templates.
We recently moved all workflow email tasks in a client system to email templates but it seems the default attachments folders don't have the option to include file attachments.
The client wanted to have access to edit the email templates which is why they were moved from the workflow configuration.
Since this particular email task shown in screenshot requires a file attachment @#1678263#@, we had to keep it as a custom email template.

Due to security reasons, we don't have plans to support this.
