   This has been extremely frustrating. It is discrediting to present myself as a power user for the portal while having to apologize and explain that I am having trouble managing my own login into their fund-makes no sense. Terrible for customer service!

   Recurring Grants time schedule- It would be ideal to be able to select the dates of the issuance of recurring grants in case they do not fall under the the current options limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, semi annual payments. For example, if I need to create a recurring payment twice a month(15th & 30th), I need to create two different recurring grants for the same purpose and each has its own report of grants paid,
