  1. We have donors who have designated multiple fund beneficiaries and request that one beneficiary receive a dollar amount, and then the others receive percentages of what is then available each year. Or several beneficiaries are to receive specific amounts and a final one to receive 100% of the residual. The work-around to set up recurring grants and process them before the percentages kick in is an opportunity for mistakes and is not sustainable for these perpetual grants. Please create the option of having a blend of percentages and fixed amounts so that we can fulfill donor intent efficiently. THANKS.

  2. Currently, the report shows "void of check" in the description, but if it included the check number (or had a specific field for check number) that would be incredibly helpful. We currently need to run a void check report which lists all voids and cross reference, which isn't great.

  3. May we have an option to modify or remove the "Ref" column on the reconcile report. Coincidently, the true check numbers and this column that also reads "check ###" have very similar numbers and they create lots of confusion.

  4. When filtering a custom report on a field with dozens or hundreds of entries (Ex: fund account listings) you currently need to check one... checkbox...at...a...time. This forced exercise in patience and eye-straining focus is simply unjust. We don't need the carpal tunnel injury lawyer sharks to start circling our Foundat dev team. Let's agree that the humane solution is to grant the user the civilized option to hold down shift while selecting between checkboxes, to auto check all the ones between them. Just 2 clicks needed for a range, not 200.

  5. It would be great if a fund advisor could view notes made on a donation. We have a new fund where many donors have left very nice memorial notes on their donations, but the fund advisor can't view them. I have to go in and export them to excel and send them in a report.
    The fund was created in memory of his late wife and it would be nice for him to see those notes instead of having to wait for me to send a report.

  6. We would like to be able to filter the donation report by cumulative donations in a specified time frame. We send certain mailings to donors who have cumulatively donated $501+ per year (even if they've made multiple $100 donations to equal $501+) and right now the Donation Amount filter only filters those who have made a one time donation of $501+ or more. We also send certain mailings to donors who have made cumulative lifetime gifts of $10k+. There is no way to filter by this option to easily add to a Campaign.

  7. Remove inactive users from the Assign To search box when creating a Task. When creating tasks inactive users are still listed as options to assign a task to which makes the list of users cluttered and can cause a task to be assigned to a former employee.

  9. The salutation field for many of our donations is populating with the donor's first and last name (Dear Jim Smith). This appears to be primarily online donations through Stripe. When a new profile is created and it does not have a salutation, the system pulls the entire name (first last) into the salutation field. We would prefer to have just the first name. This could be achieved by allowing the use of the first name field in a template, or by giving the option to automatically populate the salutation field with just the donor's first name.

  10. Notes descending by date. When we bulk uploaded Notes we found even if the note had a past date, the note was at the top of the list of notes since the order is determined by the Note ID. Allow admin to pick how the notes are sorted.

  11. The only search function that allows you to search using ID #s is the main search bar on the top left of the home page. It would be great if the ID # search would be available in all search areas instead of having to type in the fund name, profile name, etc. We are at the beginning phases of using CSuite and have multiple profiles that have the same name. It is impossible to find the correct profile when searching only by name. Using ID search in all areas would help keep errors to a minimum.

  12. Change fund on donation

    I wish there was a way to do a fund adjustment on a donation. There is an option to change donor, but not to change fund. There are occasions where we find this out after the period has closed and there's no great way to fix it.

  13. We have multi payment and multi year interfund grants/donations that sometimes need to be canceled or reversed. Right now they cannot be canceled unless you pretend to pay it and the pretend to pay it back by the receiving fund. There should be the ability to reverse the unpaid Receivable/Payable without pretending to pay it.

  14. Currently, there does not appear to be a way for C-Suite to generate information in a tax receipt that includes confirmation of the set up of a recurring gift if a donor sets this up online. So, there is no communication generated to the donor thanking them for their recurring gift. Instead, they only receive the standard email/tax receipt acknowledging the current gift.

    If we wanted to send a communication to our donors acknowledging the details of the recurring gift (how often, amount, end date etc.), we would have to send emails manually. I am concerned about the extra steps…

  15. We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

  16. Currently the first log item for an Online Grant Request is once the grant is created. However, the grantee can be changed before the grant is created. If an incorrect change was made to the grantee field, there's no backup of the original Fund Advisor's request. Please have the log show when changes are made to the grantee before the online grant request is created.

  17. Please add the ability to edit profile payment details. If you've gone through the process of creating a profile payment but set an incorrect date or amount, the whole profile payment has to be deleted. This is particularly challenging once you've already created invoices and donations tied to the profile payment.

  18. Ability for a Fund Advisor to create an installment or multi-year grant in the system like Recurring grants are done. Currently only communicated in Description or Notes and requires manual setup in the grant record.

    Provide greater visibility for installment grants in the Fund Advisor Portal other than leaving the grant in the Approved status until fully paid. Allow Fund Advisors to see when future grant installments will be paid.

  19. Once a Fund Advisor submits a grant request, the information submitted in the Notes area is no longer visible to them. This prevents the Fund Advisor from having any visibility later on to ensure they provided correct instructions or wishes for their grant. Please make this a viewable field in the portal.

  20. Allow funds at the Foundation to pay for tickets to a Campaign via internal grant.

    i.e. Using Campaigns for a giving circle membership. There are a lot of giving circle members who pay with their donor-advised fund. To accurately manage membership through ticketing in Campaigns, adding some functionality to add/sell tickets with an internal grant is necessary.
