  1. Ability to add an Alert to a request or profile in GLM/SLM

    Would love to have the option to make a comment on an application or organization/contact profile into an ALERT that would then appear for all internal users in some easy-to-identify way. Maybe a "!" icon next to the record when viewing a list of records, and the message in red at the top when the record is opened? Right now, there's no way to flag an issue (org is out of compliance, owes a report, ED owes me $5, etc.).

    Our October 2024 Release included the additional new functionality "Pinned Commented." Based on conversations with many of you who have engaged on this thread, we felt that the functionality of a pinned comment would give you the most flexibility in communicating the need to Flag an Organization or User within the software.


    I encourage you to review the support documentation to learn.


    If for any reason you feel this feature does not solve the need you have for the software, please create a new idea or follow up with me directly at sammie.holzwarth@foundant.com.

  2. Inherit the Organization Address on Contact form

    When entering a new contact, I would like to be able to check a box to inherit the organization address.

    List business titles where contact information is displayed.

  4. "Salutations"

    Any way to do a Drop down list instead of a blank place for "salutations". Again and again, people enter things like, "Greetings!" or "Hello!" instead of Mr., Ms., Dr., Rev., etc.I'm finding that applicants just don't have clear understanding.
