Display the date a merge template was uploaded
It would be helpful for version control if in addition to FILE NAME, NAME and DESCRIPTION in the Merge Templates list, DATE UPLOADED was also included.

Recover lost merge templates
It is not currently possible to recover deleted merge templates. I had a coworker accidentally delete one that was difficult to recreate. It would be very helpful if there was a way to recover something like that. (Meanwhile, I saved the recreated merge template on my computer, just in case!)

request documents viewable by organization contacts
When documents are attached to a request (lives under the documents tab on the request summary), currently the only visibility options are internal or applicant-facing only. Greater functionality to have the option to also make these attached documents viewable by members of an organization (who have view organization history enabled) when viewing requests under organization history. Right now, other organization contacts cannot view these attached documents if they are not the applicant.

non-MS Word options for creating Merge Templates
Similar to this idea https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/339786-glm-slm-idea-lab/suggestions/43307628-google-docs MS Word is not always available. For example when working from home and using personal computers or for organizations that opt for Google Docs or a free open source solution like Libre Office. I did a test just now and editing an example template in Google Docs, exporting as a .docx, then creating a new Template with it seems to break all the formatting of even fields that were not edited.
It would be great if having a ready copy of MS Word was not required to use this feature. Perhaps there could be another…

Merge documents produce 1 page per request and does not allow to list requests on 1 page
docs produce1 page per request. It does not allow to list requests on one page. attached is the example. Instead of listing all on page, it produces a page per request.

Add the "Create Documents" link to the Payment Tracking page.
It would be very helpful to add the "Create Documents" link to the Payment Tracking page. As it is, I have to back out of that page go do a new search on the Request and Decisions page - to create the same list I had on the payment tracking page - in order to do a group merge to a merge template.

Evaluation Print Packet - More clearly delineate sections, score and comments
Could you more clearly delineate different sections of the evaluation in the print packet? I've attached an image to provide an example of a print packet we find a little confusing. Could a line go between the section "Comments on ...." and the next question? For example between "Comments on Program Implementation Plan & Feasibility" and "Staffing"? The way the spacing is currently, the two look like the are connected.
This would be particularly helpful when scores and comments cross pages.
Thanks.
