Close Request pop up after marking report complete
Add option to "Close Request" after marking final report complete. Right now you have to go back to the request to do it, or do it in bulk.

pull comments in report
Comment data - We need to be able to pull comment data from Foundant. This is critical for our clients and this is where we are able to track all updates for organizations. Currently we are having to keep up with this information on a spreadsheet and we are needing a one stop shop for all activity concerning a organization.

Report to show Board Members by Organization in GLM
I wonder if there is a way to create a report that shows certain information by Organization. For instance, if I wanted to see which organizations are in a certain area, I could run a list with addresses. If I wanted to see Board information for a particular Organization (or Organizations) I could run a list that would have the Organization name along with a list of the board members they included on their most recent grant request. Or maybe I could go to a certain grant cycle and run a report on that one cycle that shows addresses or…

Reporting Filtering Permission
Add Additional permission to restrict a user from being able to filter custom reports. The current most restricted permissions for viewing custom reports retains the ability for the user to edit the existing filters on the report, then in part allow the user to view any information they desires to filter down into.

Export ALL GuideStar Charity Check Information
There is an archived idea with this same title that shows as "Implemented", but that's not actually accurate. Currently, the only Charity Check fields available in the reporting tool are:

Reporting on Pinned Comments
I know it is not currently possible to report on pinned comments, but if there is an opportunity to add that feature in the future it would greatly be appreciated. One of the main ways we used pinned comments is to make notes about previous grantees who have not submitted long, overdue reports or had another important interaction that it is helpful for all administrators to know.

Evaluator progress
We need a progress report, accessible from the Dashboard, that shows the progress of each evaluator by # of evaluations and what status they are in: No login, Pending, Draft, Complete. A quick color coded bar: White, Red, Orange, Green would be all that's needed and make it easy to identify who needs to complete evaluations as deadlines draw near. This could also be accomplished by buckets of status, with evaluator names located within each bucket OR a Percentage Complete after each Evaluator name. And of the above three would help in identifying evaluators that need a nudge.

"Internal Description" in Campaign should be specific to campaign
Currently "Internal Description" in a marketing campaign pulls existing data from the internal description on the Fund that is connected to the campaign. It would be helpful if "Internal Description" was its own field connected to the campaign itself and could be used in reports. This would enable another source of data for campaigns. Or it would be helpful to be able to have a custom field for campaigns.

Filter Organizations (Active vs Archived)
Suggestion: Having a preexisting field(s) that allows the user to filter active from archived organization in reports without the need for filtering out specific organizations using the "organization name" field.

I should be able to "drill down" the data on all data shown on the dashboard. For example in the amount awarded chart on the metrics dashboard, I would like to click on the bar graph and have an spreadsheet of all the grants included in that bar graph.

Make it easier to sort fields in reports
It is incredibly difficult to sort the selected fields for a report. Every time I am trying to change the order of combined fields around other combined fields, it only allows me to combine that field with the other field. It won't let me put the combined field next to the other combined field. This has made it almost impossible for me to order my columns. I've had to find a workaround by separating the combined field and then recombining.

Stop report from running until all filters are added.
I have a few reports with large data sets (160 rows, 66 columns) and include several filters. Each time I add a filter I have to wait for the form to add the filter and reload the data. It takes several minutes. I would like to see a feature where I can add all the filters I need and then click a button to run the report. Can we pause the report from running until we are ready?

Indicate Canceled Grants
There needs to be a straightforward way to indicate and run a report of canceled grants. A canceled installments report is not viable because it’s not uncommon for us to have grants that are awarded and then canceled or withdrawn before any payout occurs or for a payment to be canceled without the grant being canceled.

control number
It would be helpful for me if the system could assign a control number as applications are submitted. Often I use the reports for blind reviews and while I can hide the applicant information it would be best to have a reference number or control number to use instead of identifying the application by title as that is often a cumbersome way to identify/cross reference an entry.
