Create a reportable field that captures the date that an applicant starts a process.
I run a report called "Pipeline" that shows all applications in process (draft, submitted, evaluation assigned, etc). The report includes the submission history showing when the request is initially submitted, however, there is no way to capture in the report when the actual application was first started. To get that date I have to go into each application and click on the request history tab and then manually add that date into my report.
