Add more than one donation advisor
It would be great if we could add more than one advisor on a donation record. This is especially helpful when a couple divorces so both of them can be advisors on a household donation to keep their total giving to the organization accurate.

Provide Advisor Salutation field in Thank You templates
We like to send a "courtesy" thank you to the advisors of Advised Donations. The templates for Thank You letters provide fields for Advisor Label, address, etc, but NOT the salutation for the Advisor. Please provide a field for this.

Add "Steward" to the Choose Export Columns
If you click on Donations up top, then "Filter Reports" on the left-hand side, you have the option to Choose Export Columns after you hit Export. This is a great way to customize mailing lists, etc. Adding the "Steward" field would allow us to connect the best contact with each person included in the export.

Affiliate Portal and Affiliate Fund Styling
I just finished styling every fund of our affiliate individually to match the styling of the affiliate portal. It would be great that if an affiliate has a portal and has funds connected to it, that all funds connected could be styled in bulk instead of one-by-one.

Detail Trial Balance Donor Name in Description
To have the Detail Trial Balance pull the donor's name into the description field would be helpful. It is already pulling the vendor name in this way, and it would be great if it could do the same and include the donor's name in the description of this report instead of just 'Online Donation' or something similar. Thanks for considering!

"anonymous for publication"
Create an "anonymous for publication" option on the donate page. This would allow the gift to be known within the organization, committees of volunteers, etc., so we could accurately thank and track the donor, but not include the donor contact info in publication.

Fund Advisor Donation Notification
With the Fund Advisor donation notification, the only fields allowed are donor name, amount, and description. For our fund advisors, this is not enough information with each email notification. In order to write thank you letters, our fund advisors need the physical address and/or email address. In our previous system, we were able to send all of this information for each donation. It would be great if Foundant could include those fields in the notification.

Donation review bucket
I love the concept of the "review" bucket but it would be awesome if we could choose the payment type(s) that end up there. I review all the Stripe gifts that come in, even though they post automatically, to be sure they are attached to the correct profile and the formatting is correct for any new profiles. It would be great if they could go into a review bucket until I have a chance to look at them. Add FromFund to Donation Report
Add the FromFund field to custom donation report options.

When a donor wants to donate to a Fund on a recurring basis, allow them to put the full amount and have the monthly amount auto calculate
To make things easier for donors, we want them to be able to put the full amount they would like to donate (ex. $500) and how many months they would like it to recur for (ex. 12 months) and have the system auto calculate their monthly donation amount ($41.67 in the example). This makes it easier for donors to do the exact full donation they want without room for error or miscalculation.

Anonymous Donations in Donations Screen
Would like it if donations that come in as anonymous are marked that way in the Undeposited and Recent Donations screen. Can still show the donor name but everyone who looks at that screen should know which donations are anonymous without having to go into the gift.

Fund Advisor Donate Tab Improvement
This feature is definitely an improvement, but I think it could be even better! When I'm logged into a fund as a fund advisor and click the donate tab, I like that it takes me directly to the donate page and I'm still logged into my fund. However, the fund I'm logged into and would like to donate to is at the bottom of its fund group list. And if I'm a fund advisor to more than one fund, my funds could be dispersed throughout the promoted funds list under their corresponding fund group. My fund(s) won't show up if…

Allow donation addresses to be exportable
The addresses found on donation records cannot be exported and added to custom reports. Since the address on a donation may differ from what's found on a donor's profile, it would help to be able to view donation addresses through exports or custom reports. Right now, it requires manually viewing individual donations in the system.

Anonymous Stripe Credit Card Fee
If a donation is made anonymously and the donor covers the credit card processing fee, the line item for the credit card fee donation is not anonymous; Automatically make both anonymous if the donation is being made anonymous.

Improve Mobile Interface
Loving our new Foundant Technology! The donate and login pages are great on a PC but in a mobile interface, do not present well. Example: If looking to donate to a specific fund, you would have to know to swipe over to find a "Donate" button. Login is better but once inside the fund, reports dont pull up as nicely.
Big issue: Donate page is not mobile friendly or intuitive.

Tax Receipt Templates - Campaign Event Name
Currently there is not an option for the Campaign name to populate into a tax receipt letter. Many donations we receive are linked with Campaigns and it would simplify our process to have this field available since we would have to manually add the Campaign name in the case a donation is linked with an "Event".
Example: We have an Annual Appeal for our Women's Fund Program, so a Campaign Event is established in CSuite. When we receive donations associated with said Campaign Event, the gifts are then linked but this information cannot be pulled into our tax receipt letters.

Tribute Field Update/Donation Portal Setting
It would be great to have the option to include Custom Messages for donations on the donation portal. Currently the only option for the donation portal is to have Donation Notes, which is not an option on the Template Fields List for our Tribute Notification Templates.
This means that we either have to leave out the donation notes from donors to the individual they are sending the tribute to, or we have to cut & paste the donation note into the custom message section (as this is a field that can be mapped to the template)

By adding a "donation advisor" column to the import spreadsheet, it would save tons of time so we don't have to go back into each gift post-import and manually attach a donation advisor.
