Allow individual profiles to belong to one active and multiple deceased households
Many people are married multiple times (divorced, widowed, etc). CSuite allows an individual profile to belong only to a single household. Which means donations associated with previous households are no longer linked to your profile. It makes sense that an individual profile can only belong to one living household, but it should be possible for an individual profile to also be a member of multiple deceased households.

Online Donation-Processing Fee Donation
Have the online donation-processing fee donation be pulled with the original online donation, not separated out to generate additional letters. It's understandable if it is a "ticket" purchase, but not a fund donation.

Donations from 3rd Party Platforms
It would be great to link other profiles to donations, so that we can send thank you letters to the original donor. For example, booking a donation from the United Way where John Smith was the original donor. It would be helpful to link John Smith's profile (to the UW donation page), so the thank you letter can go to him, instead of to the United Way. This would be specifically helpful for incoming donations from all 3rd party platforms.

Add CC Function to Tax Receipts
It would be nice to have the ability to CC a third party (not the donor or donation advisor) on tax receipts created from donations. When we used FIMS, our organization used the CC function to send letters to beneficiary organizations when a donation was made to an endowment fund that benefited them. The CC field in FIMS pulled in the CC'd profile's name, address, etc. so that we could create a personalized CC letter in our acknowledgement templates. We have yet to figure out an adequate way to replicate this notification process in CSuite (Donation Notify through the fund…

recurring ach donation
I previously requested a recurring donation option to have other payment methods than stripe as an option in Csuite and it stated implemented but it was not. I would like the option to post a donation as recurring "Other Payment" in Csuite, not only Stripe. This is great for people who have recurring ACH donations coming from their financial institution to ours. Currently I copy this from their previous donations every month, which they set up for a few years at a time.

anonymous
When doing an interfund grant, if 'anonymous' is checked, both the grant AND the donation should be marked as anonymous. As it stands, only the grant portion is marked as anonymous. The grantee fund clearly states the donating fund name in donation reports unless you separately go to each donation and check 'make anonymous'. This is cumbersome and easily forgotten in the workflow.

Mailing Label - Title Optional
It would be nice if an 'optional' box could be checked next to the Title field for organization records. I'd appreciate the flexibility to not include the title on mailing labels. Thank you.

Donate Button Style
Would be great to change the color of the donate buttons. That blue really clashes with our logo (let alone being just not nice regardless) It's very important to me to keep branded and us looking good across all that we do.

Enable HTML in Fund Advisor Email Log in content
I could have sworn that HTML was previously enabled in email content entered through the System Data area, however, we noticed recently that our email links were not working in those emails. I contacted support and was told that those fields were not HTML friendly. Would love if they could be!

Leave the Donation Date Blank
When entering a new donation, the date of entry auto populates with that day's date, but we rarely are entering donations for that date. It would be helpful to have that be blank so it's not overlooked and we know to change it. Right now, because there is already a date in that field we tend to skip over it.

Enhancement to Donation Thank You page
Several of the pages in Community Suites have the option to use toggles at the top and sort the rows by column headers. I would love this capability to be added to the https://______cf.fcsuite.com/erp/donation/thankyou/print page. That way we could sort all of the letters needed for one fund at a time instead of searching and clicking which becomes very time consuming.

Fund Advisor: Grant Request workflow
When a donor enters a grant request with an error, the portal loops them back without an error message or anything to let them know what is causing it. The portal should at least highlight the problem field so the donor knows what to correct.

Recurring donor acknowledgements
Would love to be able to have a special acknowledgement letter template for recurring donors. Donors who are willing to make gifts every month should not be receiving the same acknowledgement every month - or the same one as one-time donors. Each email or letter is the opportunity to build a relationship and tell them what happened in the last month.

donor portal styling
Recommend Csuite tweak the donor portal styling template to add in more classes to optimize sections for mobile.
For reference, the first screenshot is how it is now, and the second is what it could look like if the classes were col-sm-12 col-md-6. (We are only currently able to make these changes in our browser, not in the template for universal use).

Establishing Relationships with First Time Donors
Presently there is no way to run a report outlining who the First Time Donors are to each Fund. This is imperative in order to build donor relations! Please fix!!

Cryptocurrency as Payment Type
We would like Cryptocurrency to be added as a payment type as it is not a public security or stock. Other Payment will work in the meantime, but this would be a great addition.

Donation notification should include the donor address
All donation notifications should include donor address.
We have a very active fund where Stripe is used heavily for donations and the fund rep receives the auto notification of the donor's name and donation amount; but we have to constantly email her the donor addresses because the Stripe donations post automatically as well. This is very inefficient when the software could be doing this for us.
When we receive a donation by check, we type the address in the description line, so that the auto notification includes the address, but this is inefficient as well.

internal donations
For internal donations - When viewing posted donations on the donation tab, it would be very helpful to be able to see the "sending fund" name. Could a separate column be added for that info or perhaps a separate tab for viewing "posted internal" donations?
