Credit Card Refund for prior month donation/payment
We should be able to refund a credit card for a donation or payment that was made in a month that has since been closed. This should not go back to the original donation/payment but be a new item . We use campaigns to purchase "tickets" and then those "tickets" could end up not being used or needed and the donor would like a refund.

Customizable Donation Bucket Tabs
Provide the ability to add columns and customize Donation Bucket Tabs. Having to click into gifts or run a separate report to see some basic info when processing gifts is very disruptive to the work flow.
Example of additional columns:
under New tab, add Fund Steward Name
under Receipts tab, add 'needs receipt', tax receipt date', 'tax receipt sent'Thank you

Designation Box
Many funds request added information, such as graduation year, sport, an initiative the donor is supporting, etc. This can be required or very important information. It would be useful to have a designation box that can be edited based on the campaign or purpose. While we try to have donors include this info in the donation notes, this request can often be ignored or overlooked. A designation box would stick out and draw people’s attention so this important step will not be missed. Thanks!

Donor link to funds
It would be nice to have a bulk edit to unlink donors from specific funds. When I originally started to link donors to one of our funds, I didn't realize I had to link future ones to edit donations to that fund. I would rather just unlink them all to avoid this in the future. There's a lot of donors and it would be great to have a bulk unlink option instead of having to do it manually one at a time.

Recurring Donations: add a log option to the main recurring ID.
Right now, there isn't a way to access a log for a recurring ID. You can access one for the donations attached to it- but that won't give you any information on if edits were made to the original donation request or who created it.

Multiple stock donations in one letter
We enter the sale proceeds for stock donations and do not use the lookup feature. Each stock donated is entered separately with the number of shares and stock name/symbol in the description line. When it's time to do the donation letter, we have to manually do them if there is more than one stock donation as there is currently no way to combine them into one letter.
It would be so helpful to be able to generate the letter from CSuite for multiple stock donations from one party.

Where are the retention reports?
I need an easy, canned report that will automate and update a donor retention percentage. I'd also like to see if customizable by fund or fund group.

Donation Choose Profile Search - by email?
LOVE the new profile search options call outs. Would it be possible to get that same option (or at least search by email) added to donation creation? An email address is often easier for me than searching through fifteen John Smith possibilities and would help me ensure correct attribution.

Separate regular donations from donor advised donations on the canned Donor Report
You recently implemented the ability to rollup households on the Donations > Donor Report. This was a good change that helps a lot.
One thing that we noticed is that the count of donations includes donor advised amounts. We use the report to create a subset of donors that we want to generate a yearly tax receipt for.We had a donor listed on the report however their donations were all donor advised amounts and when we went to print their yearly tax receipt, it tells us that they have no donations to print a summary for 2022.

Status Field for Bulk Tax Receipts
Could we get a status column for bulk tax receipts?
After I process a large amount of tax receipts, I have to go back to mark them as sent. It would be helpful to see which ones were sent/printed so that we can remove them from the receipt bucket.1 voteHello,

Donation Advisor
Make Donation Advisor a Profile Type so that their contributions are easier to track. This way, when you open a profile ID, you can see right away if they have made a soft contribution or advised a gift, or are responsible for a matching gift. Maybe this would help to resolve current reporting issues?

Stock decimal setting
Would love to have the opportunity to edit a setting that can decides across the board how many decimals we use for stock gifts, in order to match what our broker does. Would rather not override that every time.

stripe id
Stripe Reconciliation: I need the fund identified in Stripe to share with Fund Advisors or a way to merge the Stripe information with the Foundation information via the Stripe ID. Currently the field, Stripe ID, is not available in custom reports. Other than copy and paste manually to get this information ... I would prefer a better method than hoping that the email/name is consistent between the two systems for validation then reconciling where it isn't etc.

Add a file upload field to donation import
In order for the donation import option to help streamline recurring debit authorizations, we need to be able to attach a support file. Otherwise, we still have to open every donation to attach the support.

Donation Advisor - letters are backwards??!!
We are struggling to produce an accurate letter for gifts that come through with a donation advisor (we call it soft credit). The letter produces for the donor - but we want to thank the donation advisor. Example - someone that gives from their donor advised fund. It's ironic since CSuite is built around DAFs!! Please improve the ability to recognize a donation advisor in a letter!

Emailing Tax Receipts
My idea about having the tax recpt in the body of the email is already out there, but until that changes, I have worded the email appropriately, and coded for html so it looks good and branded. However. There are times when you want to personalize the message. The block that appears for the email is all in code and a PIA to edit in.
