Default Grant Letter Template
When syncing GLM grants and then creating grants in CSuite, all grants at our Community Foundation receive the same grant letter template. Currently, it is required to select the appropriate template letter on all individual grants, sometimes 50 or more. It would be a nice convenience to have the ability to set a default grant letter template when syncing grants from GLM to CSuite.

fund advisor notifications - multiple funds
I would like to see donation notification and grant notification be an option on each fund, just like the different tabs they can see on the portal. Currently it's all or nothing. We have a number of Fund Advisors who are advising on multiple funds, however, they may want notification on one fund but not the other. I would like to be able to give them this option.

Improvements to Donor Portal copy function for usability
Hi there! I received great feedback from a fund advisor on the new copy function for the Donor Portal. When doing numerous grants, the usability is not what it could be when trying to use the copy function. The available balance only tallies on the home page and there is nothing to indicate on the Grant History page that a grant was copied. When copying, you are taken to the request page, but that means you left the copy page. The result is a lot of toggling between tabs to try to keep straight what has or has not been…

Please allow users to bulk update the GLM Red ID field for historic grants (not processed in GLM/CSuite).

Convert grants submitted on portal as regular to internal
Some donors submit internal grants as regular grants through the portal. We'd like the ability to convert a regular grant into an internal transfer so we can select the Fund the donor wanted. We also don't want to code a bunch of funds as Promoted so they will show in the Foundation Funds drop-down menu which clutters it.

Balance Swap Controls
Balance Swap Controls
We process numerous internal grants at the beginning of each fiscal year. These grants create internal grants payable which subsequently create swap requests. Since the grantee funds willl often not disburse the funds via external grants until much later in the year, we would like to exclude internal grants from the balance swap function or have a way to delay them. Making an internal grant from a fund to a fund which both have the same investment strategy should not require moving money between investment accounts.

I would be great to have the option to email all contacts at an organization. As a grant-maker working with international orgs, we prefer to have open communication with multiple people (min 3) at each org.

Several donors would like to receive our annual report by email to save the cost of mailing, others only want info about grant specific events, etc.

Fund balance available in grants module
After you create a grant, it would be awesome if you could see the fund balance right there. it seems like you could through loading a custom report, but ultimately it doesn't show correctly (maybe because it needs to be approved first?) in any case, this would be super helpful!

change fund on installments and multi fund grants
It would be great if you could change the fund on a grant after an installment has been paid or be able to change the fund on an installment basis. Once an installment has been paid there is no ability to do this. The system does allow a fund change if there is only one installment.

Fund statements that include Fims non-gifts of refunds of scholarships
It would be very helpful if you could add a way to pull in refunds of scholarships or grants that were entered into Fims as non-gifts. Or even generate fund statements as Word documents that can be edited to add a row in grant details for a refund, so the total of the grant details tie to the grants summary line item above. Otherwise it does not match.

Fund Summary Fields - have one that can be made "public" for the grant catalog and one that remains internal
Right now we are using the fund summary field to capture static internal information on the fund we need on a regular basis for grant administration. The purpose of the fund, processes related to that specific fund, whether annual fund letters are sent out etc.
We want to eventually begin using the grant catalog and providing an option to promote the fund. But, this means that the internal info we have summarized on each fund would have to moved to a different field (Likely a note).

To be able to update the covid coding in CS after it has been synced to GLM
I have about 20 grants that I cannot update the COVID coding in CS after it has been synced to GLM. The need for this is for grants done in the beginning where the coding was still a new thing. I really would like to be able to update the coding in CS so that it matches what is in GLM.I get a red error message if I try to do this. Thanks very much!
