  1. Bulk complete opportunities

    Please add the ability to mark a list of opportunities complete (with the options of successful and unsuccessful) in custom reports.

    Add an additional tier to Opportunities. I'd like to sort my donors into three to five categories that I can name for prospects > then identify the connection of Bequests, new funds, etc > then assign tasks.

  3. added opportunity type

    Please add an additional tier to opportunities. I'd like to sort my donors and prospects into three to five categories > then list the types of opportunities, ie, bequests, new funds, etc > then shift to tasks.

  4. Show completed tasks in Profiles

    Similar to this idea that has been implemented (http://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab?query=completed%20tasks) it would be VERY helpful to see completed tasks associated with a profile.

    Regular communication with donors does not always fall into an opportunity so having a record of communication in the profile is very important. I need to be able to look at a donor profile and see that she has received 2 phone calls and a fund report this year.

    I should also be able to see all activity for that profile in one place, whether it's a note, a task or a transaction. That should all…

  5. Bulk Update/Edit opportunities

    It would be so helpful to be able to bulk edit/create opportunities with specific $ amount and specific staff person rather than the round robin selection.
