Fund Advisor Permissions
For endowments with multiple beneficiary organizations, a fund advisor for an organization should see only the spendable balance on the portal linked to the percentage defined by the Fund Beneficiary Grantee/Fund information (which needs revised to allow for a fixed dollar value or percentage). Likewise, an advisor should only view grants issues to his/her linked organization. This preserves confidentiality among organizations and advisors.
Also, Permissions should be made by Profile Fund Category so we can efficiently assign view-only or all-access for each tab on the portal.

Ability to create multiple Primary Fund Advisors (that are not a part of the same household).
We have a fund that has two primary fund advisors. These two primary fund advisors are NOT part of the same household. There is no way to mark both of these fund advisors as PRIMARY.3 votesHello,

contributions total in fund portal
There is such great information for Agency funds in the fund portal! To be able to click on a donor and show total contributions to a fund by that donor is amazing! It would be even better if there were a total on that page, similar to the total at the top of the "grants" tab page.

on the donor portal can the "gift comment/gift notes? field please pull into the portal so fundholders can see it and can the tribute field FULLY be pulled into the portal rather than JUST the name?

Please let us EDIT/create a custom Fund Advisor Grant Notification email message
Please allow us to edit the grant notification email that goes out to fund advisors with a custom message. The message is very terse/unfriendly and, for us, the details of the message are actually incorrect. Most all other such messages allow customization.

Ability to embed Fund Advisor Portal Login into our website instead of the login landing page.
With our propensity for marketing, branding and promotion of initiatives, being able to embed the login to our own website page would allow us to create additional styling, promotional content, and imagery. For example, to promote funds, programs, and events.
There is flexibility with the ability to tailor the header and footer, but having the ability to simply embed the login/password to our own website would allow the team that manages website content to keep it within the overall website strategy and work.

Adding a Question to Grant Recommendation Tab in the Fund Advisor Portal
We often have times when a grantee will reach out to the CF asking for donor contact information (either mailing address, email, etc) so that the grantee can thank the advisor who recommended the grant. It has always been our policy that we do not share donor contact info. Is there a way to add a question to the Grant Recommendation Tab when an advisor is completing a grant request asking if we are allowed to share donor contact info with a grantee if ask? For example:

Address and Details visible to fund advisor
Fund Advisors are not able to view addresses and details of past grantees ... only name of org, amount and purpose. This has been requested so they may verifiy addresses and more details before copying and submitting a previous request .

Add a "Contact Us" link in the advisor portal
One of our agencies asked if a simple "Contact us" or "Help" link and or phone number could be added within the portal so it is easily accessible when they need to contact us about an issue or question.

Need the ability to hide the "Percentage" field on the investment report in the Donor Portal. Find that number to be confusing and would like to be able to remove it from the fund holders view. Like all of the other information included in the investment report.

Customization of Color Scheme on all Graphics
It would be great if the colors could be customized on all graphics in reports with our own brand colors. This would make for a more professional and clean branded look for all our donor and grant and fund reports.

Fund Advisor Tab Permissions - add Assign by Advisor Type
Could you please add an additional "Assign by" Category to Tab permissions? We set tab permissions by Fund Group and then manually update tab permission for move than 200 advisors with View Only rights. Once we include File Tab or GrantCatelog tab permissions by group, it overrides all View only settings, which then have to be updated manually.

Show Distribution Transactions on Donor Portal
Would like fund advisors to have the ability to click on the spendable balance and see what transactions got them to that balance, like what staff can see if they click on the spendable balance within the fund record.

anonymous Fund Advisor
It would be nice to be able to mark a fund advisor anonymous. There are great CSuite tools for anonymous profile, donor and fund name, but not for the fund advisor that advises a fund. For example, if I create a new grant and add the fund, the grant advisor will auto populate the fund advisor. But if they want to be anonymous, I have to remember to delete them (or move the field to the empty box).

When an organization is listed as a fund advisor to receive fund statements, allow a profile with an org role to be the contact person.

Timeout for donor portal
As a security measure, the donor portal should time-out and automatically log out after a specified period of inactivity, maybe 15-30 minutes. A donor in the IT business expressed concern about this issue.

recurring grant TO FUND as grantee
Please add the Recurring Grant TO FUND details for recurring grants between two funds. Right now it lists my own foundation as the grantee. Which, while technically correct, does not provide any additional details if the Fund Advisor has more than one recurring grant set up between funds. Could we map the TO FUND in with the grantee name or allow a description to be added to a Recurring Grant that shows in the Fund Advisor portal?
