Fixes to similar profiles
Profiles that are already linked to a household profile should not show up as a similar profile.

Moving Advised Donations (Household and Members) Section
May I suggest when looking through a household (or any) profile, in the Donor tab & Donations bucket, the sections for "Donations (Household And Members)" and "Advised Donations (Household And Members)" be flipped so that it is in alphabetical order?
We initially couldn't find the section with a member with a long Donation list

Allow option in 'Search' to only show active profiles
Add an option in the 'Search' functionality to specify 'only show active profiles'. Many times, we don't want to see inactive profiles and they are cluttering the dropdown options when matching on a name.

Show primary email on household in relationships
It would be nice to see, for those profiles in a household with more than one email, which email is Primary when viewing the relationship tab. Right now, to see the Primary email, we have to open the profile to see which one is tagged Primary. It would be nice to see the Primary without opening the profile.

Profile Merge - search by Profile ID and include Profile ID in search results
When merging profiles and searching for the other profile to merge into, it would help if we could search by profile ID and for the search results to include the profile ID as part of the listing.

From the profile "relationships" tab, show the active status or end date on any associated org roles. Currently, if you're looking for relationships you'd have to click on each org role to ensure it still applies.

Tabbing when creating or editing profiles
When creating or editing profiles, I'd rather use my keyboard to tab through the fields rather than clicking with my mouse. I'd like to have the ability to tab through the left side, then the right side of the profile followed by the address, emails, etc. It makes more sense to tab down from Work Org to Work Title rather than tab to the right from Work Org to Pronouns as those are similar fields (for example).

Add Org Contact to Profile Import
Would like to be able to add "contact" and "contact title" when using the bulk profile import to add organizations to CSuite. Currently, to do this in bulk, a profile import needs to be completed, then a bulk update for names to add the org contact name and title. It would be great to do this all in one step. Thanks for considering this!

Zip code auto-fill
This has been posted a few times and archived. Can we please have the auto-fill back for the city and state when you enter a zip code. This saves so much time (and spelling errors). And if the zip code does not match the city you want, just be able to edit it right there. That was always an option.
I am currently entering over 100 profiles into our system from a fundraiser we just had and the auto-fill would save me SO much time!

Profile address entry improvement suggestions
I would love to have an integrated address validation tool in CSuite. It would also be helpful if City and State fields could be converted to a dropdown with editing privileges? It would limit errors and could speed up address entry. If we had a City table with editing privileges, we could minimize spelling errors in city names. I would love to be able to set a default state? I realize you have clients in other countries and with editing privileges, they could add their states to the field. Just thoughts on ways to improve our addresses.

Some profiles listed under 'Similar Profiles' in the Engagement tab are not related to the profile record. Allow removal of profile links listed in 'Similar Profiles'.

Include Address Type, Inactive as part of "Update Other Profiles"
If we update an address when updating a profile, we are asked if we want to update the same address for other similar profiles. This is a nice feature except that it doesn't apply changes to address Type or Inactive. Which is particularly frustrating because we are still asked if we want to "Update Other Profiles?" when that is the ONLY thing we've changed on an address. Can you please make address Type and Inactive part of the update process? It would 1) correct the current disconnect (where we all think Type/Inactive is being applied when in reality, it isn't)…

Duplicate profiles suggestion gone?
With the new profile updates, it appears that the suggestion to merge duplicate profiles has disappeared. Could we please have this feature back? It has helped us catch a lot of duplicate profiles, especially with credit card donations.

Remove auto-capitalization of Profile name!!!
The name that shows as the 'main' name on a Profile Screen has each word auto-capitalized. [See ss attached 'caps']. This is NOT how it was entered, for a reason!! [See ss attached 'entered']. Please do not auto-capitalize text that users enter! We have constituents and organizations with lower-case parts of their names, and this auto-capitalization makes these profiles appear inaccurate.

profile type - move save button to top of page
When you are in a profile and edit profile type, it would be great if there was also a save button at the top of the screen. If you click that you want to 'none', you still have to scroll all the way to the bottom to save. It's pretty minor but when you are updating a lot of profiles, it would be really helpful. Thanks.

Profile: Need Tax Class field to integrate from GLM
I'm not sure if this is a CSuite or a GLM idea. Why isn't the tax class field a standard field in GLM so when you sync the grant you do not have to remember to edit the profile? We end up with a lot of agencies without a tax class when it is time to run the 990 reports. Very time consuming.

primary date
I fail to see the value of prim date on an address. If an address is made primary on that date each year, at what point is it made not primary? We have multiple donors/fund holders who vacation or winter somewhere other than their main place of residence. It would be great if there were start and end dates for an address to be primary or when to use that date instead of the primary.

"Delete All" campaign option on profile
In order to delete a profile, you have to delete them from all campaigns they were invited to. It would be much easier if there was a "delete all" option either in the engagement tab or on the side bar.

Expand Bulk Delete
Currently, we can "bulk delete" some fields by leaving cells empty in a bulk edit import. It would be very helpful if we could have this option on all fields in the bulk edit sheets. This would allow the user to remove outdated or bad data more efficiently.

duplicate merge - addresses
merging duplicates still brings both addresses over even if they are the same. It does not do this for phone number and emails. Told it has to do with harder to compare addresses. If thats the case, can we make this a radio button option to choose instead of the "Keep all" option on addresses
