Mark a single email address as "do not email".
If we have a constituent with multiple email addresses (work, personal, etc..), we would like the ability to mark a single email address on a profile as "do not email" vs marking all of them using the do not email link. Making a single email address inactive is not visually effective to the end-user as compared to red headings and strike-through text that the do not email function provides.

Birthdates in profiles require a year
Please allow Birthdates in profiles to allow just month and day and not require a year. We do not know the age our our donors in most cases, but it is nice to remember the birthday

Additional profile field, for prospecting info
We would like to be able to add prospecting information to a profile. We thought at first a place for Wealth Engine screenings would be helpful. But we may use a different prospecting tool as our source for such information in the future, so a little flexibility would be ideal.
What we would like to request is one more PROFILE FIELD for this purpose. We would like it to be a drop-down field whose choices we can customize.

Would love to be able to mark an address, phone and email as primary without having to open the profile to edit.

Include "Profile Types" in Copied Profiles
When you copy a profile in CommunitySuite, the "donor" "vendor" etc. profile types do not carry over into the new, duplicated profile. This would be helpful for organizations working on organizing their profiles that include a network of individuals and organizations.

Can the profile types get some organization? Like a tree list or something?

Automatically calculate the age based on today's date and display next to the birth date in the profile

Option for multiple Engagement Strategies on a profile
It would be helpful if you could assign/tag profiles with multiple Engagement Strategies. We would like to assign profiles with their respect charitable priorities and interests- i.e. donor has interest in numerous in education, arts, human rights, etc. Currently profiles can only be assigned a single engagement strategy

Track demographics on profile record
In FIMS we were able to track the demographics of our donors and used this to help prioritize who and how we reached out to grow our donor base. We were able to track ethnicity however as we migrate to CSuite, there is nowhere for that data to land.
This type of data helps our organization "myth bust" who our donors are in an incredibly powerful way.

There are several ways to track demographics on a profile, profile types, custom fields, service areas, engagement strategies.

Provide an "Add Steward" button to the left of a Profile
It would save time to have an "Add Steward" button on the screen to the left of a Profile. This would be faster than editing the profile.
2 votesIn order to reduce the number of options in the left side menu, it was decided to keep the option to add a steward to a profile in the edit view.
