  1. I think we need the Vendor Paid report back. I know there is a new 1099 Report but this is only for vendors that you have set up to receive 1099s. We have been with CSuite several years and many vendors were set up before I started. The Vouchers report can have the date range I need but it lists every voucher by date order rather than by vendor order.     Custom Reports: Enhanced Custom Reports to have a Save As option. This will allow clients to start with a report and make changes without losing that report. When saving a report, clients will now see a description field. This field can use this to create a description of the report which will be visible in the Custom Report list. In addition, there is now a new column for the creation date of the report. This will allow a User to identify when the report was created. A relative week date filter has been added. Selecting this filter will return data based on a Monday-Sunday week.

  3. Please add the Vendor ID as a field selection in both the Check Voucher Report and the Voucher-Vendors Report.

    7/29/024:Reports-Funds: Added Allow Additional Advisors field to the fund report. Nonprimary fund advisor address information will need to be populated on the Fund Advisor report. Added Parent Fund Name and Parent Funit ID. Added Need Primary Advisor Boolean Field to the Fund Reports.

    Reports-Profile Item Payment: Added invoice id and donation id fields.


    Reports-Profile Org Role: Added org_prim field


    Reports-Voucher & Voucher Item: Added reduce spendable boolean field, voucher id, Legacy code/ID and loan id fields.


    Reports-Donation: Added Donation Address fields, receipt id, soft credit, and destination grant id.


    Reports-Service Area: Added Assigned city & state (or null) fields


    Reports-Campaign Profile Ticket: Added Number of seats "to assign", requests, and ticket note

  4. We would like to be able to pull the Fund Steward's (staff) name into donation / donor reports so that we can filter reports based on the fund steward instead of the profile steward. This allows our staff to monitor donation activity for their set of funds.

  5. You deactivated the ability to export results when you do an income statement with FUNDS selected as the column option. BRING IT BACK!!!!!!!

    There is no other way to get this information in CS ...we need it internally and our auditors specifically asked for and need it this year as they used it last year for their review of our funds

  6. Currently, in the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report, only a few of the tabs are available (Donation, Files, Grant, Grantcatalog, Grantrequest, Statement). Is it possible to add all tabs to this report?

    That would include Pledges, Receipts, Voucher, Invoice, Split Interest.

    This would be very helpful in our data validation process to confirm that the correct tabs were selected for each fund advisor.

  7. please adjust the way fields are listed/viewed in the custom reports when the name of the field is so long that we cannot tell what the field actually is.... in custom report Donations for example, the field listing is so long but you have to click on each field to add to the report in order to see what the field is.... very frustrating and time consuming. Thank you!

    April Monthly release 2023: Reports: Enhanced reporting to have the ability to create the columns first by using the edit option next current fields. When selecting creating the columns for your report, clients can select the all or none option at the top of section or multi-select columns to display. Columns selected will populate in the right hand column, set column order and can be sorted from this view. Once all the columns have been select, use the save button just below the search bar.   8. In support of requests from our auditors, we need a report that combines all money-in -- both donations and invoice payments. However, we have not found a way to create that in Custom Reports. We are looking for a way to combine both donation details and invoice payment details.

    Unfortunately, just the GL detail won't work for our auditors. They like to make their sample selections based on payment method and gift type - so we are looking for a way to pull this information or combine in the least painful way possible. Some of this information is obtainable from…

  11. It would be very useful to have a narrative field for custom reports to communicate the utility of the report. We sometimes pile on filters that solve for quirky problems and it would be great to be able to indicate that on a report so that other users (or ourselves at a later date) can know how to use it.

  12. There are many times when I'm trying to pull a report, but can't get to various fields. It would be nice (and I would use this type of report A LOT) if there was an option to generate a report with all fields as options.

  13. Please add an option to the Custom Report "Check". We have a custom check register under this custom report. There are no filters or options to show the check was electronic or not. The check # is blank, but it would be nice to have an option to pick whether or not the check was electronic.... so it can show up on the report on why there was no check # with that payment.

  14. I'm so pleased that we have the ability to create our own Categories in Custom Reports to classify them in areas that make sense to our organization.

    However, having to 'Save As' to access the Category menu is proving painful. I have to Save the report to the new category which leaves me with duplicate reports. I then have to go back and delete the report under the CSuite defined category.

    Can you please allow us to edit the Category to move the report to complete the reclassification in one simple move?

  15. A SAVE button in Custom Reports so you don't have to reselect the Share box and select the name of the report from a drop down selection. This drop down selection is by name, the report listing is by report ID. A SAVE button in the report editing area would save a lot of time. Then the SAVE AS button if you want to rename it or not share or share.

  16. It would be great to have option to bulk Add Notes to profiles via a report. We've exported a large profile list and pulled 70 profiles from the list to mail a letter. It would be nice to have option to add note to those profiles.

  17. When creating a custom report to list uncleared checks, the options to filter for "cleared" are boolean as Yes or No, when in fact the data about checks is either Cleared="Yes" or Uncleared=blank. Thus there is no way to create report that produces a list of only uncleared checks. It's frustrating to have to export a larger report and filter in Excel to get what I need.

    The cleared check field in the check custom report was updated to return a yes/no answer.  Here is the release note from 5/4/2023:


    Custom Reports: Resolved the following boolean fields when filter on the following reports and fields: Check Report-Checks Cleared; Fund-Loans; Accounts-Has Checks, Manage Cash; Files-Sticky; General Ledger-Reconciled; Grant-Pay Sponsored Org, Public Visible, Exclude Adminfee; Grant Status-Past Due; Note-Note Alert; Opportunity-Success; Campaign Profile-Attended, RSVP; Invoice-Historical.

  19. It would be very helpful to display the names of funds to which a donor has contributed when running the Donor report. Ideally they would be displayed in separate columns so we have the ability to sort the list by the fund names. I realize I can filter the donor report by fund or fund group, but I still need visibility about which specific funds pertain to each donor that displays.
