  1. I would like to have a scheduled report of the items in the cart on the fund advisor portal. The scheduled report would provide our Donor Relations team with a prompt for the items in the cart that haven't been processed.

  2. Can you add an option in profile reports to be able to see all profiles that match a specific profile type, but then remove any of those profiles that also match a different profile type. For example if I have a profile that is marked "group A" and "group B", and I want to run a report that shows all the profiles that are marked "group B", but want to exclude any that are also marked "group A".

  3. When generating a default or custom report, a fund record marked as Anonymous Fund should have the option to be displayed as Anonymous Fund instead of showcasing the actual fund name.

  4. The Note Custom Report has several options for Profile ID (e.g., Employee, Primary Advisor) but it does not include the Profile ID for a standard profile. Would it be possible to add that field?

    Our specific scenario is to search for notes on a vendor record and also include the "native" Profile ID on the report output.

  5. Create a module in CSuite where we can paste a list of profile ID's and run a report on only these to identify donations. Also a report that would highlight dupes when we upload new profiles using the template.When we submit to upload, an alert would pop up for the duplicates.

  6. We would like to be able to filter in a grant report by cumulative grants completed for a specific time frame or the lifetime of the fund. We would use this to send specific mailings of appreciation to donors who reach the milestone of donating $100K or $500K+ from their fund. Currently this isn't an option to filter by cumulative total for grants.

  7. When we try to filter specific changes in Custom Reports for Log Messages, the filter options are too limited. There is no way to get Log Reports for all the email address changes, or email inactive/primary changes.

    For example, if I put contain "email change" in the filter for Log Message, it will only show log messages that start with "email changed from". However, there are still other email-change log messages like "Email 752 [email] changed from [] to [abcdefg @ xyz]". These log message won't be able to be filtered in anyway, because the keywords "email" and "change" are…

  10. Add the ability to include the 'subfund of funit id' in a Funds custom report so it can be filtered on and/or added as a column to the report.

  11. Right now, we can only pull reports for one time period at a time (e.g. donations for the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022). It would be helpful to be able to pull two time periods in one report to be able to compare one year against the other (e.g. donations for the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021)

  12. Please allow renaming and editing (the "share" checkbox and the description) in saved reports without having to "save as" a new report every single time when editing or changing the naming or the "share" setting.

  13. I was just looking at the new version of "default reports" in the Sandbox and they are no longer drillable for the details? The whole point of the default reports is to quickly get information and not being able to drill down or quickly set parameters kind of defeats the purpose. These reports are widely used by the non-finance members of the team and it's been so helpful to have them. Losing them will be very problematic and inefficient.

  14. Similar to HubSpot's reporting features, it would be useful to have the option to visualize our custom reports in visualizations other than a table.

    Ideally, this would allow our data visualizations to update as new data is added into Csuite.

    Right now, users need to export the data and create visualization manually. This means that the data is not automatically updated as new data is entered into Csuite.

  15. Need the ability to set a campaign goal and then report on the total amount of donations and pledges that have been linked to the campaign. Not currently able to pull Campaign Name, Goal Amount, Total Donations and Total Pledges into one report.

  18. When using an existing report, it would be nice to be able to use that report with additional filters and be able to save that report as a "new" report. So in a sense, using the existing report as a "data set" and then be able to create multiple reports (from this existing report).

  19. In Custom Reports, please have the option to filter dates with Current Fundbalance and Current Principal. I realize this option is in Financials, but we run various reports that we need the fund balance, principal with different dates.

  20. It would be good to have the option to add the name of the approver to a journal entry report to show that it was approved. It is currently not a merge field for reporting.
