  1. I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.

    For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.

    The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.

  4. Taking this archived idea back up: It would be great if the fund history page showed the fund balance as of a specific date. This is a great page for our advancement team and with the addition of the balance, everything they want to have at hand when talking with a donor about their fund would be on the same page.

  5. Can you add the "exclude from RevShare" tick box as an option for bulk editing funds? We want to bulk edit all of our legacy funds to exclude them from revshare and have to do it one by one currently.

  6. Changing the way the funds are presented in the Fund section in CSuite so that chronological is an option, instead of only alphabetical, would be helpful. I'd like to find my new funds faster.

  7. For us the Created date for a fund is the date the fund agreement was signed which is never the same day we are creating the fund in Csuite. This field used to just be a date field and then turned into a date stamp. Now after we create the fund in Csuite we always have to edit the date stamp to be the date the fund agreement was signed. And being a date stamp, we have to be sure to only edit the date and leave the time in the field or the system won't accept it. This field…

  9. We want to have a stewardship program based on Fund Milestone Anniversaries - 1rst, 5th, 10th, 15th etc.. Currently the only way to manage is to use an excel spreadsheet to track the upcoming dates. If there was a function that permit this within CSuite, that could be reported on, that'd be great! Ideally, we could report on any fund that has a milestone anniversary year in any given year.

  10. Some of our funds have fund names that do not indicate the donor name. In the sort key we reference the donor name. However, the sort key is not a searchable reference. We can't leverage the short name because we use our legacy fund ids there and want to continue that system. We would like the sort key to be a searchable term so if we were searching it pulls up the fund wherever we would put a fund name/id.

  11. Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

  12. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

  13. Having the Fund Detail Summary is a great addition for the Giving Hub. But what would make it even better if there was a WYSIWYG for that field to easily add links and photos. Having to use HTML coding makes it extremely cumbersome and there are already WYSIWYGs in other CSuite fields.

  15. Please make it possible to import stewards to the respective funds. The bulk edit function that is available would be quite time consuming as we have 1000+ stewards to link to funds. Thx

  16. If you don't work with grants to know there are some in the system to be paid and you look at a fund that has pending grants, it can look like something is wrong on the fund. The fund balance has been reduced by the pending grants but the assets have not been reduced. This makes sense but for development people who aren't aware of grants, it can get confusing. Could there be some sort of flag on the balance that grants are pending or something?

  17. For audit purposes, it would be helpful to be able to change a fund group type at a point in time instead of changing all of history. We have memorial funds that come in as "Unrestricted" but turn into restricted scholarship funds (or others). When we change the fund group it changes the data for all of time which makes our ending balances for PY not match beginning balances in terms of audit categories.

    Right now we are closing the memorial funds completely and opening a new scholarship fund but this has us lose the donor/donation history for the fund.
