Grants On Hold In More Buckets - Approval & Voucher
It would be nice in C-Suite to be able to put a grant On Hold in the Approval and Voucher buckets in addition to the New bucket. The New bucket has not yet booked an expense to the General Ledger and often we want to book the expense but still prevent the grant from being paid for various reasons.

Full integration of cloud-based, third party billing responsible for acquiring vendor/grantee sensitive data
In an effort to move to more ACH payments, we would like an integration of a cloud-based, third party billing service. At our foundation, we have no interest in collecting our vendor and grantee's sensitive bank information and storing and entering it ourselves. That is why we believe a successful third-party billing option is the best way to go. We have heard that CSuite is experimenting with Bambora, however, upon our research, we find that this may not completely suit all our needs. Has CSuite looked into working with another billing service, like bill.com, for instance? If not, I suggest…

Grant Type on Grantee Profiles
Hi! When reviewing grants on the New, Approval or Voucher tabs in the Grant section the "Grant Type" is a visible column. However, when reviewing the Grants on a Grantee profile, this column is missing. You have to click within the grant to be able to view the grant type. It would be helpful for us to have the grant type visible along with the other columns already there (ID, Grant Date, Fund Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description)

voucher grants
Please split the Voucher bucket into 2 different buckets. One for Vouchers that have been created and one for items awaiting voucher. It is very confusing to try and figure out if an error is made or something missed when creating grant vouchers and having them stay in the same bucket once created.

Checks printing sort order
The checks can now be GROUPED in different ways, and you can sort the vouchers in different ways, but when the check run is created, they do not stay in the sort order. The check run isn't in any order that makes sense to me now.

Refer to GL for Grant Summary Screen
It would be great if the grant summary screen on a grantee profile showed grants made based on the GL instead of based on payments made. Currently, mult-year grants won't show in this area until all payments have been made. So a grant made in 2018 with payments in 2018 and 2019 won't show in the 2018 grant summary column until the final payment is made in 2019. Grants in the voucher stage with future payments aren't reflected in the grant summary screen. It would be great if this was changed and the grant summary screen showed grants made based…
