  1. It would be great if we can download in excel or csv a report from a specific vendor like all payments made to this vendor in 2024 , per fund.

You should be able to create this in reports. In Custom Reports, find the Voucher default report. This can be grouped by Vendor (or filtered to a specific vendor). The Amount and Amount Paid fields can be totaled by column. This report defaults to current year, so the Voucher Date filter can be changed to the date range you need (including All in the relative filter).

  2. We enter vouchers for all credit card purchases. However, the new voucher refund does not allow you to "deposit" the refund to the credit card account; only bank accounts are listed. Instead, I have to enter a negative voucher and apply it to the credit card. Would be great to have the credit card account listed as one of the accounts to deposit the refund.

  3. Is there a way to keep AP voucher line details in the order I enter them? If I have a large invoice and have entered numerous lines, save and then go back in, everything has changed from the order I entered data. Makes it incredibly hard to double check anything. Why does it change order? It doesn't go by alpha or dollar amount, doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason. Please fix this. Thank you.

  4. In an effort to move to more ACH payments, we would like an integration of a cloud-based, third party billing service. At our foundation, we have no interest in collecting our vendor and grantee's sensitive bank information and storing and entering it ourselves. That is why we believe a successful third-party billing option is the best way to go. We have heard that CSuite is experimenting with Bambora, however, upon our research, we find that this may not completely suit all our needs. Has CSuite looked into working with another billing service, like bill.com, for instance? If not, I suggest…

  5. It would be nice in C-Suite to be able to put a grant On Hold in the Approval and Voucher buckets in addition to the New bucket. The New bucket has not yet booked an expense to the General Ledger and often we want to book the expense but still prevent the grant from being paid for various reasons.

  6. The checks can now be GROUPED in different ways, and you can sort the vouchers in different ways, but when the check run is created, they do not stay in the sort order. The check run isn't in any order that makes sense to me now.
