add donation advisor in donation notify email
It would be helpful to our fund advisors if "Donor Advisor" were also a field on the system email Donationnotifyemail_body. Ultimately, it would be most helpful if we could customize these emails with additional donation fields that are needed instead of only being able to use the default fields that are there.

Default donation
Default Donation Entry - When year-end campaign checks pour in, it would be very helpful to be able to save donation settings temporarily while processing a pile of checks that all go to the same fund, to the spendable portion, and are attributed to the same campaign. This is a huge savings in time and is a feature of other fundraising software systems.

donation entry - increase size of clickable area for spendable
Make clickable area BIGGER - when entering a pile of spendable donations, it slows down the process to have a tiny circle that needs precision-clicking to check "spendable".

recurring ach donation
I previously requested a recurring donation option to have other payment methods than stripe as an option in Csuite and it stated implemented but it was not. I would like the option to post a donation as recurring "Other Payment" in Csuite, not only Stripe. This is great for people who have recurring ACH donations coming from their financial institution to ours. Currently I copy this from their previous donations every month, which they set up for a few years at a time.

Posted online donation attached to a specific campaign (Annual Appeal)

Amazingly, all the online donations are posted automatically in the donation tab.
It would be nice if we could attach a couple of funds to the annual appeal campaign. This attachment can be blank or a different annual appeal campaign, Fall Annual Appeal, Spring Appeal, Challenge Appeal, etc... This feature will help us to compare a couple of years of giving for the same appeal, where we are comparing to last year, and how far from the goal. Credit Card Refund for prior month donation/payment
We should be able to refund a credit card for a donation or payment that was made in a month that has since been closed. This should not go back to the original donation/payment but be a new item . We use campaigns to purchase "tickets" and then those "tickets" could end up not being used or needed and the donor would like a refund.

Recurring Donation
It would also be helpful to see incoming recurring donations in need of posting to come up on the donations page, on the review page or in its own bucket. Additionally, have recurring donations with an end date not be on the main list, but to be on their own separate list.

Year-End Tax Receipt - for donors $250+ include all donations made by donor
When running year-end tax receipts, if we include criteria of $250+, if a donor made a donation of $250+, include all gifts made that that donor during that year.

additional notes
We allow the additional notes field with donations but cannot efficiently track or share these notes with others. It would be helpful if the additional notes left by a donor could be viewed from the Posted Donation screen and within the fund portal for fund advisors. Currently we have to click on individual donations to view if any additional notes are included. Could this data field be added as an optional column on the landing screen for posted donations? I've attached a screen shot of donation posted screen I'm referencing.

Fund Advisor Donation Notification
With the Fund Advisor donation notification, the only fields allowed are donor name, amount, and description. For our fund advisors, this is not enough information with each email notification. In order to write thank you letters, our fund advisors need the physical address and/or email address. In our previous system, we were able to send all of this information for each donation. It would be great if Foundant could include those fields in the notification.

For bulk year-end emailed receipts, ability to filter by donation amount
We want to email bulk receipts to gifts of $250+, but we can't bulk do that as some of the profiles don't have an email. The system kicks the job out, says we need to add emails to the profiles (there are a lot) before we can process. So we ran a custom report with Email is not Null, but to do that I can't get to the donation amount field to add that filter.

Tax Receipt Language
On each donation for the tax receipt it would be easier to understand if the language changed to have [yes] [no] [not needed] as click options instead of no to not needed. It makes it confusing when a tax receipt is actually sent to the donors because now it is reading not needed.

Add CC Function to Tax Receipts
It would be nice to have the ability to CC a third party (not the donor or donation advisor) on tax receipts created from donations. When we used FIMS, our organization used the CC function to send letters to beneficiary organizations when a donation was made to an endowment fund that benefited them. The CC field in FIMS pulled in the CC'd profile's name, address, etc. so that we could create a personalized CC letter in our acknowledgement templates. Customizable Donation Bucket Tabs
Provide the ability to add columns and customize Donation Bucket Tabs. Having to click into gifts or run a separate report to see some basic info when processing gifts is very disruptive to the work flow.

Designation Box
Many funds request added information, such as graduation year, sport, an initiative the donor is supporting, etc. This can be required or very important information. It would be useful to have a designation box that can be edited based on the campaign or purpose. While we try to have donors include this info in the donation notes, this request can often be ignored or overlooked. A designation box would stick out and draw people’s attention so this important step will not be missed. Thanks!

Donor link to funds
It would be nice to have a bulk edit to unlink donors from specific funds. When I originally started to link donors to one of our funds, I didn't realize I had to link future ones to edit donations to that fund. I would rather just unlink them all to avoid this in the future. There's a lot of donors and it would be great to have a bulk unlink option instead of having to do it manually one at a time.

Allow Donation Note/Label fields to be customized by portal. As a supporting organization, we may want to prompt donors to tell us something additional that is more specific to our work. For example, "If you are an alumnus/a of XXXXX school district, please tell us our class year and the schools you attended."
