stripe id
Stripe Reconciliation: I need the fund identified in Stripe to share with Fund Advisors or a way to merge the Stripe information with the Foundation information via the Stripe ID. Currently the field, Stripe ID, is not available in custom reports. Other than copy and paste manually to get this information ... I would prefer a better method than hoping that the email/name is consistent between the two systems for validation then reconciling where it isn't etc.

Report using filter for "or" instead of "and"
Want to be able to extract data by using two different filters using the "or" instead of "and". Example would be to extract gifts by donation service Id or profile service Id.

identify recurring donation
It would be great to have a notification or way to identify if an online donation is recurring immediately, rather than waiting to see the next month when it needs to be posted. We'd like to do some specific stewardship and thanking for those recurring gifts as soon as they are made in Stripel

online donation confirmation email without an attachment
Have the ability to send a confirmation email for online donations that does not include any kind of tax receipt. Most online "shops" send an email to confirm receipt of payment and we would like to do this. However, we have many tax receipt/acknowledgements that need to be manually edited before being sent that we don't want to automatically send those via email. Especially for events where tickets are part of the purchase process and there is a charitable and non-charitable piece to the payment.

Add Donor Email to Donation ID When Creating a New Donation
We are trying to create a process for emailing tax receipts. However, the biggest hurdle is that we do not know if an email address is available for each donor. When we create donations we don't know if donors have an email address or not, which in-turn doesn't allow us to choose the appropriate template to use. Is there a way to add an area within the 'create donation' section that shows an email is provided in the profile. Maybe have it listed under the address area. Example attached.

Multifund and Multitribute Donations
We have many donors that send in one check to donate to multiple funds and/or for multiple tributes (especially at the end of the year). It would be great to have a multifund and multitribute option on donations so that I do not have to enter the single donation multiple times to allocate it to the proper funds and/or tributes.

Add a file upload field to donation import
In order for the donation import option to help streamline recurring debit authorizations, we need to be able to attach a support file. Otherwise, we still have to open every donation to attach the support.

Ability to bulk add tasks to report results
It would be great to be able to add tasks in bulk to report results. For example, I pulled a report showing me the donations which were received in the last month, between say $500-999. I'd like to add a task to make a thank you call to all those donors in that report. Rather than entering one by one, since the task will look identical, it would e great to b able to add the "thank you call task in bulk to ideally the donor profile, or the donation (which hopefully rolls up the the donor page)

Donation Advisor - letters are backwards??!!
We are struggling to produce an accurate letter for gifts that come through with a donation advisor (we call it soft credit). The letter produces for the donor - but we want to thank the donation advisor. Example - someone that gives from their donor advised fund. It's ironic since CSuite is built around DAFs!! Please improve the ability to recognize a donation advisor in a letter!

Emailing Tax Receipts
My idea about having the tax recpt in the body of the email is already out there, but until that changes, I have worded the email appropriately, and coded for html so it looks good and branded. However. There are times when you want to personalize the message. The block that appears for the email is all in code and a PIA to edit in. If you can preview the message in content in html, can you work toward having everything work that way? ie editing, creating, etc... ALSO. you can see that you've emailed the donor a rcpt in…

Ability to change the subject line on email donations
I'd love to be able to change the subject line on email donations. My co-worker is currently copy/paste changing the email subject line for every single email donation! I know this functionality exists in other parts of C-Suite so I'd love to see it extended to this area.

Leave the Donation Date Blank
When entering a new donation, the date of entry auto populates with that day's date, but we rarely are entering donations for that date. It would be helpful to have that be blank so it's not overlooked and we know to change it. Right now, because there is already a date in that field we tend to skip over it.

Stripe donations for donors with multiple credit cards on file
Stripe donations for donors with multiple credit cards on file: It would be helpful for recurring donation processing, that donors who input multiple credit cards into their Stripe account be able to be processed using the default credit card the donor provided. Since Stripe allows for multiple credit cards to be input, it would be helpful for the CSuite system to allow their processing as well. Currently, when these come through for posting, we have to login to Stripe and remove the non-default credit card information that the donor input in order for the donation to be processed.

Recurring Donations - auto create task for next recurrence
I believe it would be helpful/beneficial to have a Task automatically created for each initial Recurring Donations. This can prevent missing any RD that need to be posted for the intervals to continue.
When a RD is created via online the first donation is automatically posted BUT the actual RD is not. With not "Posting Donation" in the RD itself the intervals do not continue. Ideally, in the task page on the left menu under Me there can be a category "Recurring Donation Tasks", and from here we'd be able to view those that NEED posting in order for the…

Employee User Name on Donation
I searched for this but haven't been able to find anything on the topic. It would be beneficial to have the person who entered the donation as a field on the donation tab, and then be able to run reports on this field. We have multiple people entering donations and this would help to sort where donations are in the process.

post all donations
It would be nice if the "Post all" feature for donations could be a background job. We frequently have to post large amounts of donations (over 2k) at one time. We use the import feature to enter the donations, but use the "Post all" feature to post so that the Fund Advisors receive email notification of the contribution to their Fund. However, we always receive a 504-time-out error. Thank you
