  1. To make things easier for donors, we want them to be able to put the full amount they would like to donate (ex. $500) and how many months they would like it to recur for (ex. 12 months) and have the system auto calculate their monthly donation amount ($41.67 in the example). This makes it easier for donors to do the exact full donation they want without room for error or miscalculation.

  2. If a donation is made anonymously and the donor covers the credit card processing fee, the line item for the credit card fee donation is not anonymous; Automatically make both anonymous if the donation is being made anonymous.

  3. It is a minor matter, but the radial buttons on the page where you enter donations, I wish they were bigger. I have days where I click at the "check" radial button and miss a number of times until I get it perfectly centered.

We would like to work with GiveButter, a platform that will allow us to livestream an event and collect donations at the same time.

  5. Data drives our Foundation and is needed for better donor research. This should be a required field. It would be ideal to allow us to select which demographic information is required before submitting a donation

  6. It would be very helpful if the fees taken out of the online donations were included in the donation reports. When we pull a report for our unrestricted fund to see how much came in from donations we have to create a new line item to go back and pull the online giving fees amount, which is then deducted. Better yet, it would be great if there was a column beside the 'amount' column that showed the actual amount deposited into the fund.

In other DBs I’ve used there is a way to export a complete donor/prospect profile report that lists all information in the person’s record (contact info, prospect ratings, relationships, giving, granting (is applicable), notes, etc. in an exportable report – preferably into Word or a PDF. This is very useful for us to use as a working doc in a prospect meeting. (Perhaps I’m just to old school, but paper one can make notes on is still very helpful.)

    Another VERY helpful element would be the ability for Foundant to pull in fields from one of the major prospect research…

  8. We would GREATLY prefer to see the fund name field available to use in the text above the list of honorary or memorial donations for a number of reasons. First, when it's repeated over and over for multiple donors in the "for each donation" section, the letter is cumbersome and awkward. Secondly, to specify a different Tribute for each fund name as the come up is both tedious and overwhelming. Please make the fund name available to use up front - or within, but certainly up front.   11. Online donations - is there a way NOT to fill in County in second address line? we do not want this in our database. Also, on the online form, is there a way we can remove the middle name line?

We have 800 funds...Would help our teams follow-up...knowing which of our staff should connect with which donor more quicklly if the "fund" to which the reoccuring donation was made showed in the systems summary log report as a new column...after clicking on the Reoccuring link on the donation page.

  14. Currently there is no information or way to pull a report for a donor who has given in the past then waited a few years and donated again. We track this information so it would be helpful to have this option, currently we look back at donation history when each donation is entered but some could get missed with this method.

  15. Currently, donations show up on the online fund portal immediately after creation and before they have been posted. They are also included on donation reports before they are posted. Please don't show any unposted donations on the fund portal or on donation lists until after they are posted.

  16. Currently, when you attempt to import a donation spreadsheet which has an error (invalid zip, email, etc.), C-Suite only tells you one error at a time. Meaning sometimes you need to upload the import spreadsheet several times before you finally have all errors corrected. If C-Suite just told you all the errors at once, so you could correct them all at once, it would save so much time!

  17. We would like the to be able to make the donor recognition name field on the online donation page form to be a required field. We rely on this field for our reporting and are noticing that many of our online donors skip over it because it is marked as optional.

  18. Please have the tribute reports list the donations in chronological order and not randomly like they currently appear. Or at least give us the option to export and sort by date.

  19. Recurring memorial donations

    The original donation shows that the recurring gift should be in memoriam, however, when we post the recurring gifts, it does not show that these are in memoriam.

  20. Loving our new Foundant Technology! The donate and login pages are great on a PC but in a mobile interface, do not present well. Example: If looking to donate to a specific fund, you would have to know to swipe over to find a "Donate" button. Login is better but once inside the fund, reports dont pull up as nicely.

    Big issue: Donate page is not mobile friendly or intuitive.
