Grants Catalog - Fully Funded by a DAF, no funded amount shows
Hi! We would love to see any fully funded grant have the amount show up and the request amount show up (just remove the Donate button). This would be very motivational for others to step up and give. Thanks!

Notification when fund advisor makes grant request
When a fund advisor makes a grant request please have an email sent and/or a task created notifying that a grant has been requested and needs to be processed.

Enhance donation import: Leave imported items in an import bucket until reviewed.
We noted that when donations are imported into the system, the upload bypasses the permission’s as it automatically posts all transactions, rather than leaving them unposted until reviewed. User would like the ability to review donation records prior to posting. Functionality similar to grant import.

"Apply to Spendable" check box for Internal grants
Apply to Spendable check box for internal grants - similar to the one available for Donations.

It would be great if a grantee's Fed ID/EIN would export in grant reports in addition to the 990 report.

Allow edit of the Grant Summary after posted/approved
Please fix it so that the Grant Summary may be edited even after the grant is posted and approved. Perhaps in the same manner that the Description may be edited.

990 Report
For the 990 report under the "Nonprofit" section there needs to be additional columns added in order to meet IRS reporting requirements. We need the IRC added as well as the grant purpose.

Adjust spendable amounts when grants are cancelled
When a grant is cancelled it would be nice if the spendable amount was adjusted along with the grant cancellation.

Add ability to create recurring grants out of fund
Many of our donors currently have the recurring grant option within Donor Central and have expressed desire for that to continue (approx 30 funds). We will run this manually from our end for the time being, but it create more administrative work that is not needed. This is also a desirable feature that allows some of our fund holders to set it and forget it (i.e., tithing to their church)

Summary Reporting on Grant type
I would like to see a summary report option on grant type. Currently, the only way to create this type of report is to export the grants from each grant type one at a time into a spreadsheet.

Changes to gifts or grants will initiate a new email to fund advisors
When staff members make changes to gifts or grants that have already been posted. I.e. date changes, then the system re-sends the email to the fund advisor. This is confusing to the fund advisors. It would be nice if CSuite recognized that an email had already been sent and will not send another one.

Fund advisor - Read Only
We have fund advisors that are Read Only. This means that they have fund access to everything on Community Donor, but can not request any grants. Is there anyway to mark that individual as Read Only on Community Donor?

Select Donation Letter template similar to Grant Letter Template
When creating a grant, the creator can select from a number of templates. It would be good to have that same functionality when entering donations, so the person entering the donation could select a donation letter template right then on the spot. It would give them more flexibility and it would be quicker.

Record of transactions
When a transaction gift, grant or any other transaction is deleted the trail should be shown. Should be able to see the original transaction and then the deletion or change. This is very important for the audit trail!!! And For reconcilliations.

Add Fund Name to Grant Request Screen
When a fund advisor submits a grant request, the screen that is visible in the Grant Requests bucket does not list the fund name. It would be very helpful if the name of the fund that the advisor recommended the grant from was visible in this screen. We use the information from that request screen to proof new grants before they are posted and approved. It would really help to verify that grants have been made from the correct fund, as we have quite a few funds with very similar names.

payments by grant
Because we make multi fund grants, it would be nice to be able to make payment selection by grant number and have a separate check for each grant, not grantee and not by date.

Separate tab for Grant Catalog in Donor Portal
It seems that most of our fundholders are having trouble locating active Grant Catalogs. It would be helpful if the Catalog could be a separate tab so that it is very obvious to find.

service area
Have the ability to get a report by service area that is attached to the fund. For example: be able to create a report by fund, by service area and see where the fund gave a grant to. Or at least be able to pull the data by service area in a download somewhere.

Fund Advisor should be able to view all income and expenses, not just Gifts and Grants
Many of our funds process reimbursements for charitable work that are not grants. They need to be able to see all transactions that affect their balance, not just gifts and grants.

Ability to sort Grant ID column
Currently we are able to sort all the columns in the Grants section, but we are unable to sort by Grant ID. At times I think it could be helpful to be able to sort by the ID number.
