"Apply to Spendable" check box for Internal grants
Apply to Spendable check box for internal grants - similar to the one available for Donations.
As it is, we need to do a journal entry to transfer from historic balance to the spendable balance

Instead of a journal entry, it was suggested that we enter a manual distribution from the fund. A little less time than a journal entry but yes, would be easier to check a box when making the grant.
