Scholarship auto approve not functional with post by payment
When processing "post by payment" scholarships that also have "auto approve" selected, the auto approve is not functional and requires an approval before grants can be vouchered. Suggest that the functionality of auto-approve related to post by payment scholarships is corrected.

Ability to Increase Scholarship Award Amount after partial payment
The ability to increase the scholarship award amount after part of the award has been paid would be useful for our organization. Instead of creating a new scholarship for the same student, adding a payment, grant, or award line would tie the awards for the student together in one area. Propose the function to 'Open' the Scholarship to add spendable and create additional grants under the scholarship award and ability to modify remaining scholarship dollar amounts.

Bulk update of colleges and student IDs
Since it isn't possible to integrate CSuite fields into UA follow-up forms yet, it would be great if those fields were available for bulk update.

Attachments in Scholarships
It would help if the attachment I add to a scholarship (backup documentation) would automatically move with it when it goes into the grants to be paid.

Reissuing a canceled scholarship award
Passing idea along from a client: better documentation/standard operating procedures for how to reissue a canceled scholarship award/installment for a specific scholarship recipient. Helpful to know best practices, common workflow issues, and general things to note in both CSuite/SLM, if synced.

CSuite/SLM Close Scholarships Integration
If a scholarship award is closed in CSuite, can this be integrated and reflected as closed in SLM simultaneously?

The ability to inactivate a scholarship to remove it from the scholarship list.
If a scholarship is retired or no longer being used, the ability to inactivate it would be helpful. This would allow that list of scholarships in the scholarships menu to just reflect active scholarships.

Post all take post by payment into account in New to Open Bucket
There is currently no way to batch move scholarships from New to Open with Post by Payment taken into consideration. Currently clients have to do this one by one scholarship.

choose a different G/L account for scholarship/grant refunds
Csuite currently posts refunds for grants and scholarships to the G/L expense account for each. We would like the ability to select another G/L account for these refunds to be recorded in. Our past system allowed for a revenue account to be used so there was no netting of expenses and revenues from different years. If it is not possible for a default account to be set up, could a selection be made each time the refund is processed.

Scholarship Open Bucket Sorting
I would like to "save" after sorting by payment date in the scholarship open bucket so it shows the current payment due on top. I can sort it, but it reverts back to the current payment on the bottom.

Scholarship Fund History - Sorted from Newest to Oldest
While grant history has been successfully changed to sort Newest to Oldest, history of Scholarship Payments (when accessed through the history of the Fund) are sorted from Oldest to Newest. It would be so much more handy if the most recent paymets were displayed first.

Scholarship post by payment cancel option
We entered several of our existing scholarship renewals in Csuite using the post by payment option as we recently converted to using Csuite. These scholarships are not in SLM. Some of these students did not renew. There is no option to cancel these scholarships since they never posted. The only solution to remove them from scholarship payable is to delete the entire scholarship. Having the ability to cancel as of certain date in Csuite with help us with tracking scholarships so we can view the cancellations.

Scholarships Edit Button
When scholarships move into grants there is no edit button on the left side column to make multiple edits at a time. Edits must be made line by line and it is very time consuming. Please add this feature.

Add custom field on student record
It would be helpful to have custom fields on the Student record. There is information other than the student ID that only pertains to students that we track and on which we need to run reports (e.g., Pell grant eligible, first generation, major, high school attended, expected graduation date). It is not necessary for these fields to be on ALL profiles; we only want to see them on students.

Multiple payment dates/amounts for scholarship import
It would be really helpful to have the option to add multiple payment dates/amounts to the scholarship import for scholarships that are paid by semester.

Approval Bucket in Scholarships
Similar to grants create an "Approval" bucket for scholarships so the scholarships would go from New, Approval, Open. Allow approval to be based upon each scholarship & not just each fund.
This would give foundations that are not using the SLM product another layer/level of approval and segregation of duties. Currently, they can only differentiate who does what based upon the permission groups that each user is in. This makes it harder for the teams to administer when they have a large scholarship team.

Hello!
Not all links are live in all reports. For example, a check ID link is live in a custom check report but is not live in a custom scholarship payment report. Why not make them all live?
