  1. As a contract accountant my email address is being used when sending fund statements. My email address should not be donor facing. I would like the option to select which email address to use when running fund statements, so that the reply email address goes to the Community Foundation contact and not myself.

  3. Please add the Grant Advisor field as an option on Fund Statements. Some funds have multiple individuals with permission to request grants (e.g. a Family Fund with adult children). When viewing a fund statement, it would be helpful in the Grants section to be able to identify which fund advisor advised the grant.

  4. We would find it very helpful if there were an internal description line for fund statement batches. We use the external/donor facing line for the date/date range of the statement. As we create statements by fund group in order to provide development and donor services with their specific fund statements, all groups simply say 'July 1, 202X-09/30/20XX'. We have to select each individual batch in order to find historic information when needed. A 'Batch' level internal description would be most appreciated to assist us in saving time.   5. Make it easier to change the default fund statement format, like make it doable on the Fund Statement format page rather than selecting the default format edit it, save it and then go edit another format to make it the default.
    Another option would be that if a default is not selected that when you create fund statements, you could select which format you would like to use.

  6. I saw a June 2022 idea about sorting Fund Statements by newest first that apparently has been implemented. I don't see this on my live site since statements are sorted by the Start Date column (see file). That pushes the 2023 calendar year statements at the beginning (bottom) of the 2023 reports rather than at the end (top). Sorting by End Date would move it near the top, but not exactly if the secondary sort is alpha by Description.

  7. We started emailing fund statements using the bulk process. The fund statement attachment file name is all in lower case with no spaces. Please add an option in fund set up for file attachment name

  8. Add option to email to more than one email in an organization, under the organizational profile set up as a fund advisor. Example executive director and finance director receive the emailed fund statement, without having to create a new profile.

  9. Currently, on the fund statement templates, under the grants options, you can only pull in grant date and not the actual payment/voucher date. Our fundholders look at the statements like bank reconciliations so the payment/voucher date would be helpful as sometimes our grant date is a week before the payment is made.

  10. When reworking our statement template we put the "generateddate" adjacen to "createddate" (date the fund was created) and were surprised the formats for the dates were different (see screenshot showing results). The format should be consistent.

  11. We would like to be able to include a field in our fund statements that includes the fund's TOTAL grants and gifts since inception, not just a totl during that fund statement's timeframe.

  12. By using the Post by Payment process, there is no Student Name field (versus vendor or grantee name) to pull into a fund statement other than using the description field which lists fund name for every line that prints -
    ex:
    Mary Smith Scholarship Fund:: Doe, Jan
    Mary Smith Scholarship Fund:: Brown, Samuel

    Can a Student Name field be populated for fund statements where the Post by Payment process is used? Note: I have been working with Foundant Support and the description field is the only option at this time. Some of the fund names are long which creates 3…

  14. Is there a way to archive fund statements within a fund so that all four quarters in a year can be archived for previous years instead of having them all show and in five years have a list of 20 fund statements?

    We should be able to run fund statements separately for these as a batch.
    They currently all run together

  18. Fund statements currently do not have to add up. They only include g/l accounts that you have selected to include in the templates. We had a transfer that didn't go through the P&L and therefore the fund statement didn't add up and we didn't get an error message. It's not possible to recalculate every single fund statement so there really needs to be an error message if the statement doesn't total up correctly.

  19. It would save time to have the option to run all sub-fund statements separately for a master fund so the user is not required run each fund statement separately.

    Have the ability to change the statement template for manual statements.

  20. Currently when a fund statement batch is created you are given the option to filter based on fund groups. Could you please add the ability to choose specific Funds to create a fund statement batch for? We have Agencies who have multiple sub-funds and it would be nice to not have to manually create a fund statement 10 times.
