  1. There are formatting problems when creating reports, statements, tax receipts, etc. in French. In terms of the text, it is easy to select the correct language templates (FR or EN in our case). But when it comes to formatting of dates and numbers, it is important for these to come correctly from the system.

    In French, the date format should be: YYYY/MM/DD or Le DD MM YYYY if written out in words, with the name of the month written in French (not English) and beginning with a small letter (not a capital).

    For dollar amounts, they need to be presented…

  2. It would be helpful to be able to select an Alternate Email that Statements are sent to through the Fund Advisor designation like is possible for Donation Notify and Grant Notify. It would be even more helpful if we could select email delivery addresses for all three (Statement, Donation Notify and Grant Notify) on a fund-by-fund basis within the Fund Advisor designation. We have many people who have both work and personal connections to funds and would prefer not to comingle their communications.

  3. Be able to pull other profile fund relationships on to the fund statement. For example, be able to put successor advisor name and contact information so that the fund advisor can confirm that information annually.

  4. As a community foundation with defined impact goals
    I want to be able to show a fund holder what they have contributed toward those goals
    So that I can inspire them to give more to the impact areas.

    Another application of this functionality would be to show the fund holder a breakdown of all their grants by grant type.

It would be helpful if the Fund Statement Review Email Body email would allow for one email to be sent to a fund advisor letting them know that multiple fund statements are ready instead of an email for each individual fund statement. We have some donors that are fund advisors to several funds so will receive multiple emails. It would be efficient to have this information all in one email.

  7. We would like to be able to attach a file - letter, image, etc. - to fund statements. This would enhance fundholder (donor) relationships and communication. We easily do this for our fundholders who receive paper statements and would like to be able to mirror the communication for our fundholders who have receive electronic statements.

  8. It would be great to have more options for running batches of fund statements that do not belong to the same group, subgroup, or segment. For example, pulling fund statements based on Fund IDs (Funit ID) would be extremely helpful.

  9. Change the fund statement notification and email alert to a template which would allow for images (logos). Or add images <img src=""/> or {{img src=""/}} to html options. The current email is very basic despite having html capabilities. It's easy to overlook or mistake for spam. We currently send out an email notification through a third party which allows for image and logos. We would like to utilize the Csuite functionality instead.

  11. Is it possible to have a template letter to include with the printed Fund Statements just like the template for the emailed Fund Statements? We want to customize the letter each quarter and pull in the "Salutation" field for each printed Fund Statement.

  13. Right now, our fund statements attach to the email as statement.pdf. We prefer more specific naming conventions (ideally the Public Name of the Fund and the Time Period of the Statement) but at a minimum would like to be able to name the PDF with our Organization name.

  15. I have had several fund advisors ask for the fund's beneficiary recipients listed on their fund statement. There isn't a good way to include this information on the statement. I can run a custom report but then have to send them 2 reports. It would be nice if the fund statement would include reference fields for the beneficiary information - name, description, percentage.

  16. Our current recommendation regarding the inclusion or exclusion of a table in a fund statement involves using a conditional statement based on the "Grants Total Amount". While effective, we encountered an issue recently: if a cancelled amount equals the granted amount, the total grants display as "0.00". These unrelated grants should ideally still be visible on the fund statement.

    I propose adding a field indicating whether grants were issued during the statement period, marked "yes" or "no".

While reviewing fund statements, at times a statement may be skipped/not marked reviewed due to some issue with it that needs to be researched, etc. Going back later to find those few statements that still need review out of a list of 900+ statements is cumbersome by just scrolling through the list looking for those without a review date. It would be helpful to have a option to show only "Not Reviewed" statements in the batch.

  20. Ability to bulk edit fund statement type by fund type, via custom reports. We are migrating to email all fund statements to just agency funds and would like to bulk edit all advisors to receive email statements.
